'Shame on those who advocate this!' Elon Musk says he will push 'to criminalize making severe, irreversible changes to children below the age of consent'

Elon Musk has indicated that he will actively push to criminalize the performing permanent gender-transition measures on children who have not reached the age of consent.

"This is a major problem. I will be actively lobbying to criminalize making severe, irreversible changes to children below the age of consent. Shame on those who advocate this! It is utterly contemptible," Musk wrote in a tweet on Thursday.

In an April tweet, Musk had noted, "My position is simply that we should wait until an individual is mature enough to make their own decisions before other adults make permanent, serious physical changes to them."

Musk, who owns Twitter, has said that he uses people's preferred pronouns, just like he uses preferred names, as a matter of "good manners."

“@JeremyDBoreing @realDailyWire This was a mistake by many people at Twitter. It is definitely allowed.

Whether or not you agree with using someone’s preferred pronouns, not doing so is at most rude and certainly breaks no laws.

I should note that I do personally use someone’s preferred pronouns, just as I…”

The Daily Wire's Jeremy Boreing published a tweet thread on Thursday detailing the company's experience planning to share and promote Matt Walsh's "What Is a Woman?" documentary on Twitter.

Boreing said that the social media platform offered the chance "to buy a package to host the movie on a dedicated event page and to promote the event to every Twitter user over the first 10 hours."

The conservative company signed an agreement, Boreing said, but after Twitter reviewed the documentary, the social media platform not only rescinded the advertising opportunity but also said it would limit the movie's reach.

"After reviewing the film, though, Twitter let us know that not only could we no longer purchase the package they offered, they would no longer provide us any support and would actually limit the reach of the film and label it as 'hateful conduct' because of 'misgendering,'" Boreing tweeted. "When we asked how much they would limit the visibility if we posted the film anyway, Twitter replied that our own followers would not be able to see it in their feeds. This, they said, is part of their 'speech not reach' policy," he noted.

Boreing noted that the company planned to post the film on Thursday evening anyway.

The Daily Wire's tweet containing the movie currently carries a "Visibility Limited" label that says the tweet might breach the platform's "rules against Hateful Conduct." Comments, retweets, and likes are all currently disabled on the post.

"We're updating the system tomorrow so that those who follow @realDailyWire will see this in their feed, but it won’t be recommended to non-followers (nor will any advertising be associated with it)," Musk said of the Daily Wire's post. "Commenting & deliberate sharing will be allowed. Sensitive content just won't be pushed to people unless they ask for it or a friend sends it to them," Musk tweeted.

'This is not even a remotely conservative media outlet': Matt Walsh calls out Fox News for using female pronouns to refer to men

Conservative commentator Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire is calling out Fox News for perpetuating radical leftist gender ideology by using the preferred pronouns of people who identify as transgender.

Walsh, who is known for combatting the preposterous dogmas of the left-wing gender-bending movement, contended that Fox is not a conservative media outlet.

"Fox continues to promote radical left wing gender ideology by referring to men as 'she.' This is not even a remotely conservative media outlet. They have long since adopted the most extreme and absurd positions of the left," he tweeted while highlighting an article about transgender woman Dylan Mulvaney that referred to the biological man using female pronouns.

"Mulvaney said that despite the hardships she has faced, she still tries to have 'grace' for her critics," the subtitle of the piece reads.

Examining other articles on the outlet's website reveals a consistent pattern of following the dictates of left-wing gender ideology rather than sticking with pronouns that align with each person's immutable biological sex.

"I don’t think their average 75 year old viewer realizes how pro-trans Fox has become. Someone should really let them know," Walsh added in another tweet.

Robby Starbuck has also called out Fox over the issue.

"Fox News is continuing to use the pronouns that delusional men demand they use," Starbuck tweeted, while sharing a screesnhot from an article on the site. "Notice the framing too that this guy's work was 'all for naught' because World Athletics grew a spine and didn’t let this man cheat by competing against women. What the heck is going on at Fox?"

There has been a groundswell of backlash against Fox News in recent weeks since Tucker Carlson's show was dropped from the channel's lineup.

Carlson has announced plans to launch a show on Twitter. The video in which he made that announcement has racked up 23.8 million views so far.

Pre-K teacher wants to talk to students about 'queerness,' calls 'childhood innocence' a 'myth'

An early childhood educator and pre-K teacher in California recently went dark on social media after news reports began to circulate that he had advocated teaching "queerness" to children as young as 3.

Over the weekend, a report from Fox News claimed that William "Willy" Villalpando had posted several disturbing messages on social media. Under the user name "mrwilly_prek," Villalpando allegedly called "childhood innocence" is a "myth" and insisted that "gender is fluid."

"There is a common mythology that children live in this world of pure innocence, and that by introducing or exposing them to the real-world adults are somehow shattering this illusion for them," Villalpando reportedly wrote in an Instagram post in 2020. "Therefore, there is a banning of topics and issues that children should not be exposed to, as if they are not experiencing them already."

In separate post, Villalpando added, "I'm tired of the ‘Childhood Innocence’ argument… Stop blaming a phenomenon that doesn't exist."

“Meet Willy Villalpando. He teaches pre-k kids in California. He says toddlers are not too young to learn about queerness and sex. He says child innocence is a myth. I say he need his hard drives checked by law enforcement. https://t.co/F8f6cWXGtm”
— Robby Starbuck (@Robby Starbuck) 1676218768

Villalpando — who teaches an early childhood development class at Santa Ana College in southern California — also apparently alleged that babies as young as 3 or 4 months old "show a sex and gender preference in who they look at" and that by age 3, kids "can label their perceived gender identity."

Villalpando also allegedly suggested that teachers who avoid discussing gender and "queerness" with kindergarteners and preschoolers are simply foisting those "uncomfortable" conversations onto other colleagues.

"[C]hildren have a right to see themselves in our classrooms," Villalpando reportedly said. "It's not okay to just forget about them or push them out just because it might make us uncomfortable or may make others uncomfortable."

According to Fox News, Villalpando also claimed that "gender is fluid" and a "social construct"; that white, heterosexual, "cis"gendered Christians are largely responsible for misconceptions of gender and sexuality in general; and that "not talking about Queerness in the Classroom, is NOT Letting Children be Children. It's Telling Those people They Do Not Deserve to Exist."

Last November, Villalpando appeared on an episode of the "Rainbow Parenting" podcast to discuss "the good and the bad facing queer and trans educators today." The website associated with the podcast is queerkidstuff.com, and the social media accounts affiliated with the podcast use the handle @queerkidstuff as well.

Fox News confirmed that, in addition to his position at Santa Ana College, Villalpando worked as a pre-K teacher in the Rialto Unified School District from 2016 until at least June 2021, when California teacher records were last updated. The outlet also attempted to contact Villalpando by sending an email to his district email address, and the email was not "returned to sender."

Villalpando had indicated on his Instagram profile that he was a pre-K teacher. However, all of the social media accounts ostensibly tied to Villalpando "went dark" after Fox News Digital reached out to him for comment, the outlet said.

Rancho Santiago Community College District, which governs Santa Ana College, issued a statement, claiming that it does "not condone any form of attack on 'childhood innocence.'" It also added, "Our RSCCD community college courses in Child Development and Education Studies do not address nor teach gender studies."

Florida warns venues not to allow children to attend showings of 'A Drag Queen Christmas'

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has been warning that actions will be taken against venues if they permit children to attend drag shows.

The DBPR "is under the executive branch of the Governor," according to its website.

"It has come to the Department's attention that you have contracted with Big Time Operator, LLC d/b/a 'Drag Fans' to offer the use of your licensed premises to conduct the 'drag show' performance 'A Drag Queen Christmas,'" read a notice to Orlando Philharmonic Plaza Foundation Inc. from DBPR secretary Melanie Griffin. "The Department has reason to believe that this drag show is of a sexual nature, involving the exposure or exhibition of sexual organs, simulated sexual activity, and/or the sexualization of children's stories. The Department has also become aware that drag shows by Drag Fans have been marketed to and attended by minors, including young children."

The notice warned that "if you allow children to attend the Drag Fans drag show at your facility, you are putting your license in jeopardy." The message threatened that if children were permitted to attend the event, "the Department will take any and all actions available to ensure that you do not pose a threat to minors in the future."

“.@FloridaDBPR is warning The Plaza Live in Orlando about a drag show scheduled there later tonight.

“If minors are allowed to attend this drag show, the Department will take any and all actions available to ensure that you do not pose a threat to minors in the future.””
— Jason Delgado (@Jason Delgado) 1672255872

The Plaza Live venue's website advertised that the drag show was scheduled for Wednesday night. "All ages welcome," the event information noted.

The show is scheduled to run in Clearwater, Florida at Ruth Eckerd Hall on Thursday, but the venue says admission is only allowed for those who are at least 18. According to the tour schedule, there were stops in Fort Lauderdale and Miami earlier in the week.

The department sent the same letter to HRM Owner, LLC warning against allowing kids to attend the show at their facility — that letter apparently pertained to the Miami show.

“I’ve obtained this letter that was sent to the venue hosting the touring all ages Christmas drag show tonight in Miami. The Florida DBPR warned them: "In short, if you allow children to attend the Drag Fans drag show at your facility, you are putting your license in jeopardy."”
— Robby Starbuck (@Robby Starbuck) 1672194103

The department has indicated that it is investigating the Fort Lauderdale drag performance.

"The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) is aware of multiple complaints about a sexually explicit performance marketed to children held in Fort Lauderdale on December 26th. The Department is actively investigating this matter, including video footage and photographs from the event. DBPR will, like in other cases, take action," a statement said. "Exposing children to sexually explicit activity is a crime in Florida, and such action violates the Department's licensing standards for operating a business and holding a liquor license."

Ex-Navy SEAL de-transitions, warns: 'We're hurting our kids. Kids are DYING'

On "The News & Why It Matters," BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales, along with BlazeTV contributor John Doyle and chief researcher Jason Buttrill, talked about retired Navy SEAL Chris Beck's de-transition, after famously coming out as transgender 10 years ago in an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, and his warning about how the transgender movement is hurting children.

"We're hurting our kids. Kids are dying, and I don't want that to happen. And it's killing me because I helped do that," Beck said in a recent interview with Robby Starbuck.

Beck accused CNN and others of using him to encourage people to transition and warned that so-called gender-affirming care is hurting children. He also said he was "taken advantage of" by "people who had knowledge way beyond me. They knew what they were doing. I didn’t."

"Part of my image is hurting these kids, and I want to make sure the whole world knows everything you see on CNN with my face, do not even believe a word of it. Everything that happened to me for the last 10 years, it's just it's horrible. It destroyed my life. I destroyed my life. I'm not a victim. I did this to myself, but I had help," he added. “I take full responsibility. I went on CNN and everything else, and that’s why I’m here right now, I’m trying to correct that.”

“Navy SEAL Chris Beck came out in 2013 as transgender. @andersoncooper did a special on @cnn about it. His story was used as propaganda to allow trans people in the military and to popularize the issue. Now Chris is ready to expose the truth. Watch here: https://t.co/ChbjE6Kgly”

Cambridge Dictionary website includes absurd definition for 'woman' that reflects radical leftist gender ideology

The Cambridge Dictionary website is promoting radical leftist gender ideology by including definition for the word "woman" that does not reflect biological realities but instead perpetuates the dogmas of the left-wing gender-bending zeitgeist.

While the site does provide an accurate definition of "woman" by defining the word as "an adult female human being," it also provides a definition that says, "An adult who lives and identifies as female though they may have been said to have a different sex at birth."

Example sentences for that definition include, "She was the first trans woman elected to a national office" and "Mary is a woman who was assigned male at birth." A transgender woman is a biological man who identifies as a woman.

The site also includes a definition for the word "man" along the same line.

"They won't stop until we don’t remember what real women are anymore," Megyn Kelly tweeted in response to a tweet from Christopher Rufo, who had highlighted the absurd definition for the word "woman."

"1984 wasn't supposed to be a how-to manual," Dan McLaughlin tweeted.

"The Emperor is naked and he is still a man even though he had plastic surgery to remove his genitals," Margot Cleveland tweeted.

"Women should loathe trans activists for their vicious attempts to completely erase us," Ashley St. Clair tweeted. "Issues REAL women face are thrown under the rug so that the cries of men playing dress up can be heard."

"I refuse to play along with this delusion. Airbrushed makeup, heels, fake breasts and an exaggerated valley girl voice impersonation does not make you a woman. The fact some people think it does is insulting. Stop erasing women," Robby Starbuck tweeted.

Shocking video shows drag queens dressed as Disney princesses performing for children at a brewery, but somehow the 'family-friendly' show gets even more disturbing

Shocking video shows a risqué "family-friendly" drag show at a brewery in Tennessee. At one disturbing point during the event marketed toward children, a very young girl is patting down the crotch area of an adult dressed as Ariel from Disney's "The Little Mermaid."

On Saturday, the Wanderlinger Brewing Co. hosted the "Chattanooga Pride Youth Day."

The event didn't appear to be promoted on the brewery's website or social media. The event was promoted by the Chattanooga Pride/Tennessee Valley Pride – an organization "celebrating diversity in Chattanooga, Tennessee and combining our LGBTQ Resources to raise awareness, educate, and improve our community with dignity."

A Facebook post for the event read, "Happy Chattanooga Pride! As we celebrate leading up to the festival on October 2nd, come hang out with us at Wanderlinger Brewing Company for our annual Pride Youth Day. Featuring speakers/discussions, princess meet & greets, drag queen story time, and a family-friendly drag show."

Director and producer Robby Starbuck recorded video of the audacious event where drag queens dressed up as Disney princesses and interacted with small children.

Footage shows an adult dressed as Ariel lip-syncing a song from the children's animated film "The Little Mermaid." A young girl rubs her hand across the crotch area of the drag queen's mermaid costume, but the individual does not stop the child.

Another drag queen performer does a dance routine in front of kids – including spreading of the legs that exposed the person's panties to the young children.

"Today we got footage of Chattanooga Pride Youth Day at Wanderlinger Brewing Co. and this is what kids were subjected to," Starbuck wrote on Twitter. "It's NOT hard to not spread your legs to kids. It’s NOT hard to redirect a kid away from that area if they grab near your crotch. We have to stop this madness!"

"The fact they WANT to spread their legs for kids should make very clear to everyone that something is WRONG with this. Where’s law enforcement? We won’t allow this continue," said the former congressional candidate. "In Tennessee there will be no safe space to be inappropriate like this with kids. We WILL stop this!"

"We will be watching every move the left makes to do this in Tennessee and we will be reporting to the public, to the politicians and to the police until this stops," Starbuck concluded. "Tennesseans: Send this to your reps and ask them to stop this and to work with us on legislation to protect kids!"

The website for the brewery (which requires people to be 21 or over to access it) previously promoted an "All Ages Pride Event at Wanderlinger." The Pride Month event that took place in June featured "Drag Queen Story Time with Hormona Lisa" and an "All Ages Drag Show."

Also in June, A Texas gay bar hosted a "Drag the Kids to Pride" event where drag queen dancers provocatively gyrated in front of children as young as toddlers. The event that was held in Dallas was marketed as the "ultimate family-friendly pride experience."

Bill Maher SHOCKED to learn basic abortion facts, admits Dem talking points are 'just factually inaccurate'

HBO’s Bill Maher admitted on "Real Time" that he learned a few things about abortion laws that surprised him after the news of the Supreme Court’s intention to overturn Roe v. Wade broke last week.

“I learned things this week, because this put it on the front page, that are pretty basic things that I did not know about abortion," Maher told guests Michele Tafoya and Paul Begala. "Like in Europe, the modern countries of Europe, [are] way more restrictive than we are, or what they’re even proposing. If you are pro-choice, you would like it a lot less in Germany, and Italy, and France, and Spain, and Switzerland. Did you know that? I didn’t know that.”

This week Bill Maher learned European countries have far more restrictive abortion laws than we do in America and that women report being pro-life more often than men. How many people have no clue about this or about fetal pain science? If they did, some might change.pic.twitter.com/8RjUXtrbVX
— Robby Starbuck (@Robby Starbuck) 1652036247

He went on to add, “I learned most people who are pro-life are women. Did not know that. ... And I thought this was interesting, most abortions now, even when you go to a clinic, are done with the pill. The pill. And pills are easy to get in America. So, you know, for the people who say we’re going back to 1973, we’re not. That’s just factually inaccurate.”

Reactions on Twitter spoke volumes about the magnitude of the left's misleading pro-abortion propaganda:

The “abortion rights” lobby is built on a foundation of euphemisms, lies, and outright evil, which more and more people are finding out now that the “constitutional right” fabrication is fading awayhttps://twitter.com/robbystarbuck/status/1523376552620089344 …

SCOTUS clarifies Justice Clarence Thomas was not hospitalized with COVID

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was hospitalized Friday with "flu-like symptoms" but is expected to be released soon, the court said in a statement on Sunday.

Thomas, 73, was admitted to Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C., the court said. "He underwent tests, was diagnosed with an infection, and is being treated with intravenous antibiotics. His symptoms are abating, he is resting comfortably, and he expects to be released from the hospital in a day or two."

Clarence Thomas was admitted to the hospital two nights ago with flu-like symptoms, the court said in a press release. He expects to be released "in a day or two."pic.twitter.com/kKeES7nHw2
— SCOTUSblog (@SCOTUSblog) 1647817927

A Supreme Court spokesperson told CNN Thomas' illness "is not COVID related."

"The Justice does not have COVID," the spokesperson said.

Like the other eight justices, Thomas has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and also received booster shots.

While Thomas will miss some oral arguments, the court said he will participate in cases he cannot be physically present for through briefs, transcripts, and audio recordings. His temporary absence will not change the balance of the court.

News of Thomas' hospitalization was greeted with well-wishes and prayers from conservatives.

"Join me in praying for a quick recovery for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas who was hospitalized on Friday with an infection," wrote evangelical leader Franklin Graham on Twitter.

"Pray for Clarence Thomas. The single best Justice we could ever dream of. May the legend live to see his 200th birthday!" said Tennessee congressional candidate Robby Starbuck.

Pray for Clarence Thomas. The single best Justice we could ever dream of. May the legend live to see his 200th birthday!
— Robby Starbuck (@Robby Starbuck) 1647820173

Justice Thomas has earned a reputation as the most reliable conservative voice on the court, hated by the left as much as he is beloved by the right.

He has served on the Supreme Court since 1991, when he was nominated by President George H. W. Bush. His confirmation hearings, led by then-Senator Joe Biden, were highly contentious and intensely fought. Democrats featured testimony from attorney Anita Hill, who alleged that Thomas had sexually harassed her and made unwanted romantic overtures towards her. Republicans accused Hill and witnesses on her behalf of fabricating the allegations to stop the appointment of a black conservative to the Supreme Court. Speaking for himself, Thomas famously called the confirmation hearings a "high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves."

As Thomas recovers from his illness, the Senate Judiciary Committee will begin confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, whom President Joe Biden has nominated to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. If confirmed, Jackson would be the first black woman to serve on the high court.
