Clancy’s lawyer FLIPS, says ‘there’s no evidence’ she killed her kids — Sara Gonzales has receipts of him saying otherwise



Despite multiple documented admissions that she did kill her three children, Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, recently argued that “there’s no evidence” of these admissions.

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is so disgusted by Reddington’s sudden shift, she names him “a close second for worst person of the year” behind Clancy, who Sara believes acted in a “premeditated manner.”

“Nobody, including Lindsay Clancy's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, nobody really disputed that Lindsay Clancy killed her children, that she strangled her children to death. ... He was trying to get her a not-guilty plea by reason of insanity,” she says.

To prove it, she plays two clips.

The first captures Reddington mid-trial arguing, “She knows that she killed these children. We'll sit here, listen to their evidence, but I suggest to you that the issue for consideration is what was going on in that woman's mind.”

The second clip features him in a CBS News interview, saying, “No one is discounting the horrific loss of those kids, let alone Lindsay Clancy, who is well aware and lives with that every day.”

“So obviously, there's no disputing it. This was not in question. Anyone who watched the trial knows this was just an assumed fact the entire time,” says Sara, “and now all of a sudden out of nowhere, Kevin [Reddington] has himself some amnesia.”

But that’s not Reddington’s only crime in her book.

“On top of all of that, this lawyer, Kevin Reddington, has, I guess, made it his life's mission to go after the holdout juror who prevented Lindsay Clancy from being found not guilty,” Sara adds.

She explains how Reddington even asked the judge to investigate the holdout juror, but the motion was postponed to a later hearing. When Reddington was called out for attacking the holdout juror, he acted like the accusations were overblown, arguing, “I filed one motion and said nothing.”

But Sara has the receipts — and they suggest otherwise.

She plays a clip of Reddington bashing the holdout juror to reporters after the mistrial was declared on September 4.

“They know that they were robbed by one man for whatever his agenda was who stole seven weeks of the life of these other jurors that were so attentive, so beautiful, so wonderful. ... And I got a funny feeling that they would have gone on for another week if they had to. So I hope that guy can sleep well at night,” he said.

In an interview with Fox News, he also said, “The biggest misconception is that this individual is referred to as the holdout juror. He in fact is the obstructionist juror.”

“So because he had convictions about Lindsay Clancy's guilt, he is somehow an obstructionist,” Sara quips.

BlazeTV’s Sara Gonzales’ H-1B investigations earn Dao journalism prize finalist spot



Since 2023, the Dao Feng and Angela Foundation, in partnership with Young America’s Foundation’s National Journalism Center, has given a set of annual awards for journalism it calls accurate, courageous, and in the public interest — a counter to what the organizers describe as a media establishment that “protects power rather than challenges it.”

Former winners include Matt Taibbi, Michael Shellenberger, and Bari Weiss for the Twitter Files; Susan Crabtree for her Secret Service reporting; and the Federalist for its series on the Russia collusion story.

This year, BlazeTV's Sara Gonzales is a finalist in the multimedia category for her investigation of H-1B visa abuse in Texas — a $10,000 prize. Winners will be announced November 19 in Washington, D.C.

Gonzales has spent over a year investigating businesses in North Texas that sponsor H-1B workers. Again and again, the address on file was a home residence, an empty office, or a space with no signs of any business operations. Several of Gonzales’ visits turned into heated confrontations, but the end results were always fruitful.

Her work has drawn multiple official responses. Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) opened an investigation into suspected H-1B abuse by Texas businesses, first sending civil investigative demands to three North Texas companies and later expanding the probe to nearly 30, crediting Gonzales with getting it started.

Governor Greg Abbott (R) froze new H-1B petitions at state agencies and public universities through May 2027 and ordered a review of how those institutions were already using the program. By summer, Labor Department Inspector General Anthony D’Esposito had joined her in Dallas as the federal probe moved into the same companies she had been filming.

Gonzales’ eight exposés follow the same pattern. She finds a North Texas-based company approved to sponsor H-1B workers, visits the address on file, and films what actually takes place there: a house, an empty office, a day care with no children, a food truck.

Several visits turned into arguments. In more than one, someone called the police. Later installments went farther, including workers who say they paid for visas they never received and a sponsor accused of not paying the employees he had brought in.

That reporting is what the Dao Prize judges singled out. Asked about the nomination, Gonzales said, “It’s very rewarding to see my hard work in uncovering H-1B fraud being recognized alongside so many other great journalists.”

Sara Gonzales reacts: James Talarico's ‘mentor’ gets exposed as a FRAUD by undercover video



Texas Senate Democrat candidate James Talarico has long made wild and untrue statements regarding Christianity, and now it’s become clear why.

His own pastor, Dr. Jim Rigby, holds equally insane beliefs about the religion, and he was caught on camera proudly announcing them.

“James Talarico calls Jim Rigby his mentor,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales comments. “And so Jim Rigby, according to his biography on the St. Andrews website, has a love of world religions and a passion for social justice.”

“And of course, James Talarico has referred to him as the biggest influence on him as a Christian and a human being,” she adds, before playing undercover footage obtained by Blaze Media of Rigby discussing the “problem” with evangelical Christians.


“They are people who are just not that smart, and like abstract thinking, which is where a lot of the liberal stuff and the principles of human rights, all that stuff, comes up ... it doesn’t show up on their radar,” Rigby told the undercover reporter unwittingly.

“They panic when that stuff is laid out in front of them. They know there’s something they’re not seeing. It’s like they have black-and-white vision and somebody’s showing them a color photograph or something like that,” he added.

But that’s not the worst of it. When Rigby was asked by the reporter if he needed to profess the belief that “God became a baby and that a virgin had a baby” in order to become a member of his church, Rigby answered that “we all got in by lying.”

“That’s the least you can do,” he added.

“It’s just a social club that we have,” Gonzales mocks, “We call ourselves Christians, but we don’t actually intend to live by any of the principles set forth in the actual document, the Bible.”

Matthew Marsden is shocked by the footage but unsurprised that he’s linked to Talarico.

“I don’t get this Talarico thing,” he says. “It’s almost as if they went, ‘Let’s get the worst possible candidate, especially for Texans, and let’s roll him out and let him just express what he thinks.’"

“And he’s still in the running. It is completely mind-boggling to me,” he adds.

Karoline Leavitt reveals how ‘fake news’ stories get made



While some reporters follow the facts wherever they lead, others start with a story they want to tell and work backwards from there.

And former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt explains that it’s the latter more often than the public realizes — but BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales has had it happen to her and is well aware.

In a recent interview with Sean Hannity, Leavitt described a common media tactic: A reporter develops a negative narrative about the Trump administration, finds loosely connected sources willing to validate it, and publishes the story even after receiving direct denials from people who were actually in the room.

“They, you know, believe they are arbiters of the truth and doing the country a great service, but they are clearly slanted and biased against the president,” she told Hannity.


“This is how fake news is manufactured, for your audience to understand,” she continued. “You’ll have a hack journalist who comes up with a narrative on their own that they think is true about the president or the White House, and they love the palace intrigue stories.”

Leavitt explained that “batting down fake stuff” was about 90% of her job.

“They’ll find a source who has no idea what they’re talking about, was not in the room, doesn’t even work at the White House, maybe worked on the campaign as a volunteer staffer for one day. And they’ll say, ‘A source close to President Trump told us this,’” she said.

“Like, who’s your source? Because I was in the room, so I’m a better source than them. And I’m telling you, this did not happen,” she added.

Leavitt went on to say that the reporters would then respond that they “really trust” that source and would “still write it” anyways.

“All they need is two sources,” she said. “One to say that happened. Another for them to call and say, ‘I heard this happened.’ And that person will say, ‘Yeah, that probably sounds right.’ And then the story’s written, and you can have the White House aggressively on the record pushing back, and they’ll still print.”

“That’s how things get written. They just seek to get a bad narrative, and they’ll find anyone who helps them push that narrative,” she added.

“I know it sounds crazy that they would just come up with a narrative and then try to approach people to corroborate that narrative that they just made up,” Gonzales says.

“Sounds crazy, but Karoline is 100% correct,” she adds.

Gonzales reveals that reporters have reached out to her with a political bias attempting to spin a story, revealing one recent text conversation she had with a reporter at Politico.

“No thanks, I’m going to pass on that,” she says. “I don’t need to engage with you, I know what this is. I always know what it is.”

“The mainstream media is trash,” she adds.

Sara Gonzales mocks media outrage over White House ban: 'You are literally covering him right now'



The mainstream media outlets are in shambles after President Trump banned CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from White House access, with some claiming the move goes against their constitutional right to cover him.

But BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales explains they're framing it all wrong.

“I regret to inform you that the fake news media has a new thing that they are clutching their pearls about. You know, they just love to be the victims. They actually really enjoy any time that they can paint themselves as some little precious little victims,” Gonzales says.

“For years, they have been allowed to just run rampant and say whatever the hell they want about President Trump and defame him. And you know what? He’s finally said, ‘You know, I’ve just kind of had enough with this,’” she continues.


However, she points out, they’re still allowed to cover Trump — just from a distance.

“We have a First Amendment right, freedom of the press. You are allowed to criticize the president whenever you want. It can be factual. It can be not factual unless it rises to the level of defamatory. But you are allowed to talk about the president all day long if you want,” Gonzales explains.

“You just don’t get the special privilege of being allowed in the White House,” she adds, before playing a clip of CNN’s Kaitlan Collins complaining about the president’s ban.

In a video posted to social media, Collins said, “One of the biggest questions that we’ve gotten asked and that we’ve asked our sources ever since the president announced that he was banning CNN, MS Now, and Politico from covering his administration on Friday was ‘Why now?’”

“The president has complained about negative coverage for decades, long before he was in political office. So why is he taking this step to block outlets whose coverage he doesn’t like from covering him?” she added.

“You are literally covering him right now in this moment that you speak into a microphone about President Trump’s decision. No one is blocking you from covering him. You are not allowed in the White House. That’s it,” Gonzales responds.

“Nowhere in the First Amendment does it say that it is your constitutional right to have unlimited access … to the presidential residence, to the White House, to any of the White House grounds,” she continues.

“It doesn’t say any of that. They just can’t prevent you from criticizing them,” she adds.

Sara Gonzales reacts to Sunny Hostin’s shocking admission she was the holdout juror who spared a cannibal killer



During a discussion of the controversial Lindsay Clancy case, "The View" co-host Sunny Hostin made a terrifying admission.

Not only did Hostin recount serving on the 1991 jury that found a man not criminally responsible by reason of insanity after he killed, dismembered, and cooked a woman — she claimed she was the reason he got off.

“I cannot believe that she thought it would be a good idea to admit this in public on her show that is national,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales comments, before playing the clip of Hostin.

“The reason I feel so strongly about this holdout juror is because I was a holdout juror in a case, in the Daniel Rakowitz case. I don’t know if people remember it,” Hostin began.


“Apparently several jurors questioned afterwards said one holdout juror was principally responsible for preventing them from returning a guilty verdict. That was me. And it was because I saw clearly that he was psychotic,” she continued.

“He was in a psychosis. He did not mean to kill her. And once he killed her, he panicked. He chopped up her body parts. Yes, boiled her body parts. Tried to commit the perfect crime,” she added.

“You got this guy off?” co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin asked, shocked.

“That’s how much I believe in the insanity defense,” Hostin replied, adding, “And he fed her body parts to the unhoused.”

“One juror threw a chair at me. They were so angry with me. But one by one, I picked them off and said, ‘What about this? What about that?’ And we ended up ... unanimously voting that he was not criminally responsible by reason of insanity,” she added.

“That’s because they just wanted to go home,” Gonzales comments. “That’s because they couldn’t stand being in the same room with you anymore.”

“Let’s just be clear here. Sunny Hostin bullied an entire jury into siding with a murderer who killed and ate someone,” she adds.

‘Hit him in the pocketbook’: Sara Gonzales sits down with Rep. Beth Van Duyne as Congress moves to crush H-1B fraud



BlazeTV’s Sara Gonzales has quickly become the queen of busting H-1B fraud in the state of Texas. Her on-the-ground reporting and investigative work have produced big results: Governor Greg Abbott (R) froze new H-1B hiring at state agencies and universities, Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) issued civil investigative demands to nearly 30 North Texas companies, and the Labor Department’s inspector general joined her on the ground in Dallas targeting ghost offices tied to hundreds of visa petitions.

And now Congress is getting involved.

On this episode of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” Sara is joined by Rep. Beth Van Duyne (R-Texas) to discuss a bill she says will implement substantial fines against H-1B fraudsters and companies that fire Americans to hire cheaper foreign labor.

H-1B fraud has essentially become its own “industry,” says Van Duyne.

“It's basically human trafficking, where they're bringing people in, charging them, and then having them just kind of hang out while they are collecting dollars based on their work,” she explains.

“But once they're in the country, then they're getting student visas, they're coming back, and then eventually, if they're not getting paid, they're ending up on some kind of NGO list, where they are indirectly benefiting from taxpayer dollars.”

Sara brings up the original intention of the H-1B visa: “a temporary non-immigrant visa” that allows someone to “work here” and then “go home.”

It was designed “to help U.S. businesses be able to be globally competitive by bringing the best of the best. This was supposed to be workers that they could not find in the U.S. that had these really ultra special talents,” Van Duyne adds, noting that some American businesses take advantage of the loophole by “firing American workers” and replacing them with foreign workers who they pay “substantially less in wages.”

Reform is a top priority for Van Duyne and other Texas Republicans in the House.

“One of the bills that we're going to be introducing next week is actually increasing the fines, because right now it's a slap on the wrist,” she says, explaining how the current penalties are so small that after the payouts these operations pull in, getting caught is still “well worth it.”

“So we’re looking at increasing the fines to $100,000, and if you are laying off American workers, you're going to be further investigated if you are applying for these H-1B visas — and that we're looking at doubling that, so $250,000 for that,” Van Duyne continues.

Sara loves this proposition. “Hit him in the pocketbook. Make it hurt, because they have no problem doing that to the American worker that they're undercutting and displacing,” she says. “Wow. I really hope that you guys get that across the finish line.”

‘He got afraid’: Former employee of alleged H-1B fraudster reveals what happened after Sara Gonzales exposé



Back in April, BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales confronted Indian national Nagarjuna Reddy Sakam regarding numerous indicators of H-1B fraud in his business, Great America Technologies. Their exchange was deeply contentious, with Sakam threatening Sara with a lawsuit.

Four months later, the tide has turned.

On this episode of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” Sara shares the latest updates on Nagarjuna Reddy Sakam. It doesn’t end well for him.

Sara reveals that after her heated back-and-forth with Sakam went viral, a former Great America Technologies H-1B worker came forward and alleged months of unpaid or delayed wages and that the company charged him thousands of dollars in USCIS and attorney’s fees.

The victim told Sara that the lack of payments resulted in him not being able to pay for his family’s basic needs, including his father’s medical care in India.

“If I [had] the sufficient money to take care of my father, he would [be] alive,” he said.

He also told Sara that Sakam withheld his I-797 form — the USCIS approval notice he needed to prove his status, transfer jobs, or extend his visa — leaving him unable to leave without risking falling out of status.

Shortly after Sara confronted Sakam in April, the whistleblower said he began shutting the company down.

“Once you visited, he got afraid. … He simply started to exit from this company,” he told her.

He noted that Sara publicly exposing Sakam for taking roughly $266,000 in PPP loans, which according to his testimony were not used to pay employees, contributed to his sudden decision to close the company.

However, according to the victim’s account, even after the shutdown, Sakam refused to issue his wages and also withheld the pay stubs he needed to confirm employment at another firm. When he complained, Sakam allegedly revoked his H-1B visa and threatened to call ICE agents.

Sara, “fired up” from the victim’s story, then paid Nagarjuna another visit — and it was the perfect timing, because, according to the whistleblower’s report, he had just returned from India after supposedly fleeing following Sara’s first visit.

After multiple failed attempts to reach Nagarjuna, Sara saw the house being photographed. Two days later, she discovered an active for-sale listing on Zillow.

Sara returned to Nagarjuna’s residence a final time, and even though she says she knew he was home, he refused to answer the door.

Liberal women are now arguing Sydney Sweeney’s nude ad is worse than Lindsay Clancy



A nude celebrity advertisement has become more offensive to some women than a mother accused of killing her own children, and BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales believes someone should be — and one day will be — “studying this.”

“I always feel like when I watch videos that feature white liberal women, like in a hundred years, they’re going to be studying this. They’re going to be looking at this phenomenon. They’re going to figure out how this hive mind of mental illness really came together,” Gonzales says.

“One of their biggest data points is how the Lindsay Clancy trial broke them,” she adds.

And in Adam Francisco’s series of man-on-the-street interviews with some of these women, he only proves Gonzales right.


In the series, Francisco holds up side-by-side photos of Sydney Sweeney posing nude and Lindsay Clancy, posing the question “Who hurts women more?”

One woman explained that Sydney Sweeney hurts women more because she “sets a bad precedence for women as a role model.”

“So, in your opinion, posing nude for an ad for a company that you’re an investor in … versus her, who’s accused of killing her own kids due to mental instability or hormones. You still would choose this is worse for women?” he asks.

“I think they both get a bad rap,” she answered.

“But who’s worse?”

“It depends what side of the fence you’re on,” she answered.

Another woman explained that her choice was Sweeney “because she’s putting a sexual image on women and for a sports ad when there’s women that have worked really hard in sports and they could honestly be more representative in a sports ad.”

She then said that Clancy doesn’t “hurt women, though, as much.”

“She hurts her own image and like mothers in general, like it affects like the mental state, but then she hurts like the reputation of women,” she added.

“I would argue, this hurts women way more, because it’s saying if a woman is too hormonal, she may kill her own kids,” he answered.

Gonzales is “honestly baffled” by the women’s answers.

“Like, please, Trump administration, can you guys study the white liberal woman brain?” she asks.

“There’s so much brain rot there,” she adds.

The ‘AI will kill us all’ crowd is fighting the wrong war



Debates around artificial intelligence continue to rage. Many plead for halting development, fearing it’s only a matter of time before AI eradicates humanity.

To illustrate the fear and panic this camp feels, BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales points to the Anthropic researcher who resigned earlier this month, warning in a viral post that developers are pushing onward despite knowing AI “could kill us all by the end of the decade.”

Others, including President Trump, however, claim the AI doomsaying is rooted in conspiracy theories that benefit only China — America’s archrival in the AI race.

But there’s another critical factor in the debate Sara claims people are neglecting: chips.

“It's not necessarily the technology itself that we need to be discussing. It's more what's driving it, which are the chips,” she says.

To illustrate, she highlights a recent Fox News article titled “America and China are fighting for the future of AI — chips are the battlefield,” which claims that “China’s tech giant says demand for its AI computing equipment already exceeds supply as it accelerates new chip generations.”

The war for controlling the chip supply, says Sara, is a bigger concern than the capabilities of the AI models themselves.

“It's more about who controls the chips, computing infrastructure, the technology ecosystem underneath it. And China, to be real, has had an advantage on this for years now,” she says.

President Trump, she explains, has been trying to move chip manufacturing to the United States.

“Remember, up until 2024, Taiwan actually held a 68% market share of all global chip production, which, you want to war-game this out, that's kind of a problem, because we are constantly on the brink of China invading and retaking Taiwan,” says Sara. “When and if that happens, what's to stop them from cutting us off from the chips? And then what happens to us and our technology?”

Militarily, the United States would suffer, she explains.

“America has remained the global leader in advanced AI technology and semiconductor design. And for years, the United States has used export controls to restrict China's access to advanced semiconductors and semiconductor manufacturing technology, particularly technologies with potential military applications,” says Sara.

“But if we allow them to get chip supremacy, like, America could be looking at no longer being the biggest military superpower in the world.”

For this reason, Sara is in support of continuing AI development.

“I'm so tired of living in this world where so many people just are burying their heads in the sand and not realizing … we're essentially in a cold war with China on every single platform,” she says.

“We don't want them getting the upper hand with AI. America wants a world running on American chips, American software, American standards.”
