This bill claims to ‘Save Our Bacon.’ It does the opposite

The name might sound sweet, but BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales says Americans shouldn't be fooled. A federal proposal dubbed the “Save Our Bacon Act” is making its way through Congress, and Gonzales believes anyone who cares about the welfare of animals — left or right — should oppose it.

“This is the one thing, the unlikely cause bringing liberals and conservatives together. This is the one thing that we can all agree on is that it turns out, no one likes seeing pigs locked in tiny cages,” Gonzales says.

The Save Our Bacon Act, she explains, "would strip rights away from states, which regulate farming pigs.”

“‘We’re just saving the pigs. We’re saving bacon, and we’re just protecting our family farmers.’ It’s actually not. Once you get past the cute acronym, this bill is not really about bacon at all,” she says.

The bill would “restrict states from imposing certain conditions on the production of livestock products sold within their borders,” which “targets laws like California’s Proposition 12, which was designed to protect animal welfare.”

“If this were passed, it would federally preempt qualifying state and local standards. So then there would be a federal law that would preempt state laws,” Gonzales says.

“Obviously, states, not Washington, D.C., should be free to set their own laws and policies, especially when you think about how states are known for different things, different industries, some agricultural, some not,” she continues.

The purpose of the law being targeted, California Prop 12, was to give animals that we eat a better standard of living while they’re alive.

“Now, I’m not PETA, OK? I’m not PETA ... I’m not a vegan. I love meat. I love eating meat. But I also support the welfare of animals. And I don’t think that we should be forcing pigs into these gestation crates where they can’t move,” Gonzales says.

“During their pregnancies, they’re kept in these crates to prevent them from being able to move. And then when they give birth, they actually have to just nurse through it … they just roll over and the babies just nurse off the pig’s nipples, but they can’t even move,” she continues.

“That is inhumane, guys,” she adds.

‘The most psychotic Democrat’ wants to ‘cancel Thanksgiving’ — and might win her election

Wisconsin Democrats have a new front-runner for the “most psychotic Democrat,” and BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is sounding the alarm.

“There’s a lot of competition. I get it. But I just would like to introduce you to a new player. Her name is Francesca Hong,” Gonzales begins.

Hong is a self-described democratic socialist who is running for governor in Wisconsin. And she “could win,” Gonzales says, pointing out that she’s “taking charge at 94.3%” in the Democrat primary.

“Now, I mentioned this woman is like a crackpot psycho crazy person. The reason that I say that … because she apparently is a psycho by like the Norman Bates definition,” she adds, before playing a clip from an interview with Hong.

“I think a lot of my insecurities and my struggles with mental health really came from a sense of never really feeling like I belonged. There was a deep shame and fear that I didn’t want to be Korean, and I think that’s where a lot of the mental health struggle started,” Hong recalled.

“I deeply wanted to be American, and I felt shame that my parents sacrificed so much to be here and that wasn’t who I wanted to be,” she added.

Hong went on to explain that “isolation and loneliness led into a lot of despair and depression,” leaving her hospitalized her senior year of high school. Hong explained that she was diagnosed as bipolar.

“She’s also admitted to taking SSRIs and overdosing on lithium,” Gonzales says.

“I feel like that should be pretty disqualifying to say, ‘I should run as governor,’” she adds.

Despite formerly being a restaurant owner and chef, Hong has called tipping “racist” and also lamented serving others on holidays like Valentine's day.

“If that wasn’t bad enough, she also hates Christmas,” Gonzales says.

In a 2019 post on X, Hong wrote: “IT bro who was working on ‘our’ computer remotely changed the background theme to snow and Christmas trees. I feel slightly attacked…”

But that’s not all, as in a now-deleted 2020 post on X, she wrote: “Cancel Thanksgiving. Should have done this in 1621. If it takes a worldwide pandemic for us to realize we should stop celebrating colonialism and the original superspreader event that killed Indegenous [sic] folx and women so be it.”

Even CNN’s Kaitlan Collins asked Hong about her past take on Thanksgiving, to which Hong responded, “I always think my hospitality background in owning a restaurant ... to share conversation and build community is always a good thing, but Thanksgiving is also a time that’s incredibly painful for many people in our communities.”

Hong has also posted that she supports “defunding the police as a first step towards abolishing the police.”

And shockingly, it gets worse.

“I guess she wants to get away with calling for the assassination of President Trump, because she openly called for it on a Zoom call,” Gonzales says, before playing yet another damaging clip of Hong.

“In the restaurant industry, when we’re out of something, we say it’s 86’ed. And I’d say it’s about f**king time we 86 Trump. He represents the utter failure of our government to keep us safe from threats, both viral and systemic,” Hong said.

However, there is good news.

“People seem to be waking up to how much of an actual psycho she is. So much so that Republicans are now narrowly favored to win the general. 52% Republican, 48% Democrat,” Gonzales says.

“I will just say in closing,” she adds, “candidates like Francesca Hong are tearing the Democrat Party apart.”

Dana Bash’s Fauci fan-girl texts exposed after RFK Jr. torches her on CNN: ‘It was just beautiful’

In an interview with CNN’s Dana Bash, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. turned the tables on his interviewer when she spoke over him and repeated empty COVID-era platitudes.

“It was just beautiful,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales says.

“She brought on RFK to try and lecture him about measles and blame him for the measles outbreak in America. But the conversation quickly turned to the handling of the COVID pandemic and how much she helped contribute to the misinformation during that time,” she adds.

In the interview, Bash began by asking how RFK Jr. would prepare for the next pandemic, claiming that experts think it will happen in the next 10 years.

“Yeah, I mean, I think we did virtually everything wrong the last time,” RFK Jr. responded, pointing out that there were doctors who saw no COVID deaths by prescribing therapeutics. Instead, the country locked down and pushed a vaccine on the population.

RFK Jr. went on to say it's also important that we protect our constitutional rights, which were “completely dismantled” during COVID.

“We began censoring people in violation,” he said.

After interrupting him several times, Bash said, “I really want to move on.”

“You were part of the problem,” RFK Jr. said.

Bash then claimed that there is “data upon data upon data” that the “COVID vaccine prevented deaths,” but she could not produce a study that proved that the vaccine did more good than harm to children.

“I can tell you that when it comes to the vaccine, there have been studies that show that because of vaccine disinformation, there could have been 100 to 200,000 lives in the U.S. saved but because people didn’t get the vaccine,” Bash said, before RFK Jr. interrupted.

“You are saying nonsense,” RFK Jr. responded.

When Bash claimed that it was a “scary time” and mistakes were made, RFK Jr. fired back that she was scaring people.

“That was the job of CNN,” he said.

“Recall that she was trying to suck up to Anthony Fauci during the pandemic. Now, how do we know this? Well, his homosexual diary entries, of course,” Gonzales explains.

And sure enough, one diary entry from April 17, 2021, reads: “Dana Bash sent me a text: ‘I just watched the whole Jordan thing. Again, you’re a better man than I. As our friend Wolf Blitzer said to me yesterday — no one would have blamed you if you said simply, ‘Mr. Jordan, go f**k yourself.’”

Another from April 18, 2021, reads: “I received a text from Dana Bash pointing out that Vanity Fair recently had a headline that said: 'Jim Jordan trips over his own asshole trying to debate Anthony Fauci.'”

“Like, oh, OK. Yeah. No, you didn’t have any bias, Dana,” Gonzales mocks, repeating, “You didn’t have any bias.”

Ketanji Brown Jackson avoids bias ... by joining Michelle Obama’s podcast?

In a recent appearance on Michelle Obama’s podcast, Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson explained that she refuses to do anything that might appear biased.

“When I get invitations to do things, I always have them screened by the legal office, the public information office, just to make sure that there are no ethical conflicts, that it’s not a fundraiser. You know, there are lots of limits on what judges can do,” Jackson told Obama.

“And I try to be very, very mindful and scrupulous with respect to that because, as you say, our obligation is to be unbiased in our approach. And so, you have to then navigate all the sources that could make for an appearance of partiality, which you want to avoid,” she continued.

“So, there are lots of things that I end up not accepting for that reason,” she added.

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales can’t help but point out the glaring issue with her statement.

“It’s just that you’re on Michelle Obama’s podcast,” Gonzales comments.

“I’m just going to say, nothing says impartial and unbiased like appearing on Michelle Obama’s podcast. Like what?” Gonzales asks.

But Jackson isn’t the only one Gonzales is tired of hearing from, as Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) recently made a “wild claim about DEI.”

“When they decided to go after quote, unquote ‘DEI,’ black women, the most educated demographic in this country, somehow ended up the most unemployed out of everyone,” Crockett said.

“So, black women are the most educated demographic in this country,” Gonzales comments. “I think we need a fact check here.”

According to the Emerald Pages, 56.7% of Asian women hold bachelor’s degrees, making them the most educated in the country. Following closely behind them are white women at 52.9%.

Meanwhile, only 29.3% of black women have bachelor’s degrees.

“I don’t know where you’re getting your information,” Gonzales says. “Once again, I’m very uncomfortable with the way they keep passing out these law degrees like candy to all of these people who seem to be dumber than a box of rocks.”

Shocking footage: Young communist tells Nick Shirley she’d rather her rapist walk free than keep prisons

Nick Shirley — the 24-year-old investigative journalist who exposed the shocking depths of alleged day care and social services fraud in Minnesota’s Somali community — has now turned his gaze to another growing issue in America: the rise of communism.

While there are people of all ages and backgrounds who embrace communism, the system that seeks to erase freedom and equalize misery is especially popular among Gen Z.

On this episode of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” Sara plays a viral clip from Shirley capturing a young woman arguing in favor of abolishing prisons — even if that means her rapist is allowed to freely roam the streets.

In the video, the woman admits that she is “pro-communism,” including “getting rid of prisons.”

When Shirley pressed her on why she feels prisons need to be abolished, she argued they are not beneficial for society.

“The system of criminality is a very strange way to interact with, like, I guess, humanity in general, and like things that as a species we're not interested in, like, perpetuating. I think it's kind of backwards, and so I'm not certain what prisons are actually doing for our society,” she said.

When Shirley asked her if she’d prefer “to have criminals out in the open,” her answer was a shocking yes.

“Sure, I’m fine with that because the idea of a ‘criminal’ is, like, a little bit funny to me,” she said.

“Let’s just say somebody who has raped a woman — would you like them to be out in the street?” Shirley asked.

“I think my answer is yes, even though that’s a challenging answer to say,” she replied.

Shirley then asked if she felt the same way if she were the woman who had been raped.

“I have been raped, and they are out in the street, and I’m not sure, like, them going to jail is a solution to, like, whatever is going on inside their heart or even my own heart that, like, contributed to that experience that I’m having,” she said. “And I don’t want more people to get raped, but I don’t know for certain that going into a jail in the United States is going to shift anything inside of their, like, operating system so that they’ll make a different choice again.”

Sara is baffled by Shirley’s exchange with the young communism supporter and fears a future where people with these destructive worldviews begin taking positions of power in society.

“These people are going to be CEOs, I guess, someday,” she says.

‘British clown’ John Oliver challenges Buc-ee’s over trademarks — then gets hit with his own network’s record

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is passionate about protecting American culture — and that includes the roadside fever dream that is Buc-ee’s gas station.

“They have a HomeGoods store. They sell barbecue. They have beef jerky. They have everything you could ever want and the cleanest freaking restrooms you'll ever see in your life. Like, Buc-ee’s is a national treasure,” she gushes.

But it seems not everyone shares Sara’s love for the Texas-sized travel center. British-American comedian John Oliver devoted a segment of his show “Last Week Tonight” to criticizing Buc-ee’s for suing smaller businesses over trademark issues involving beaver imagery and similar names. He even launched a parody “Buc-Off” merch line featuring a squirrel mascot and dared the chain to sue him.

“Buc-ee’s should be careful here because as one legal expert has said, ‘The more you do this, the more you might run into somebody who has the means or the will to fight with you about.’ That is where we come in because it turns out we very much have the will to get into a fight with Buc-ee’s,” Oliver said, before debuting his new “Buc-Off” brand and merch line.

“If any gas station chain out there has an issue with our new logo and products and wants to get lawyers involved, then you know what? Bring it the f**k on,” he taunted.

Calling Oliver a “British clown,” Sara retorts, “Imagine having so little material that you're like, ‘You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to pick a fight with Buc-ee’s’ ... Over what? Buc-ee’s protecting their own IP?”

“He's saying indirectly he's supporting small companies that are trying to profit off of Buc-ee’s image and likeness by imitating a successful brand,” she adds.

Sara sees Oliver’s stunt as yet another attempt by a foreigner to destroy American culture.

“I find it very offensive he's going to come into my country and speak the way that he speaks and go after one of the biggest national treasures in this entire country,” she says.

But it’s not just offensive — it’s hypocritical too.

“Let me just show you, John Oliver, your own parent company — the company that owns HBO, where you can find his sh***y program. Warner Brothers Discovery sued an AI firm for Batman Superman copyright infringement,” Sara points out.

“So rules for thee, but not for me,” she quips.

Commie Mamdani just published a hit list of his rich enemies

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D) promised to tax the rich, and he is keeping that promise. His newly announced pied-à-terre tax would impose an annual levy on many pricey second homes — and comes with a dose of public shaming.

“In true commie fashion — Muslim commie fashion — the new mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani … he’s like, ‘How can I go further and further commie?’ And so he just keeps outdoing himself,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales comments on “Sara Gonzales Filtered,” before playing Mamdani’s initial announcement of the tax.

“When I ran for mayor, I said I was going to tax the rich. Well, today we’re taxing the rich. I’m thrilled to announce we’ve secured a pied-a-terre tax. The first in New York’s history. This is an annual fee on luxury properties worth more than $5 million whose owners do not live full-time in the city,” Mamdani said in a promotional video.

“They’re not actually taxing you for land and for homes that are supposed to be yours once. They’re taxing you twice, because who are you to have so much wealth that you have two homes? Who are you to work hard and enjoy the rewards of all of your hard work?” Gonzales asks, adding that “in true Muslim commie fashion, he’s gloating about it.”

In a post on X, Mamdani wrote: “If you have a second home in New York City worth more than $5M, check your mailbox when you’re back in the five boroughs — because you’ve got mail.”

“Today, we sent notification letters to property owners, letting them know that our new pied-a-terre tax is coming soon. The best city in the world deserves the best parks, libraries, and schools in the world. That’s only possible when we all pay our fair share,” he added.

“This certainly is going to put a bow on the destruction of New York City,” Gonzales says.

But Mamdani didn’t just notify the property owners. He “actually put out a hit list,” including all the names and addresses of those who could be hit with the new tax in a searchable database.

“He is doxxing you guys for the world to see,” Gonzales comments, noting that on the list are celebrities like Anna Wintour, Cynthia Nixon, and Woody Allen.

“It’s just insane how badly he wants to just doxx these people for working hard,” she adds.

After BLM activist threatens him, James Talarico suddenly discovers reparations are part of his ‘faith tradition’

Democrat Senate candidate James Talarico continues giving Texans more and more reasons to vote against him in November. Not only does the progressive seminarian tout Christianity while supporting radical positions on abortion and transgenderism, but it appears he might be coming out in favor of race-based reparations now.

On this episode of “Come and Take It,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales exposes what she believes is Talarico’s radical agenda to bring anti-white policies to Texas.

After Talarico beat out fellow radical Democrat Jasmine Crockett back in March, Sara believes he’s been scheming to win over her voters, who she argues “voted for [Crockett] because she was black.”

But there’s one little problem: Talarico is a white man — the primary target of left-wing grievance politics.

“[Talarico] has checked all of the radical boxes for all of these other crazy things, but he hasn’t simped hard enough for black people specifically, which apparently angers the black community because you’re supposed to ... go around telling black Texans how you are going to specifically work for them rather than for the good of all people,” Sara says.

She plays a recent video from Talarico’s July 19 town hall in southwest Houston, during which Black Lives Matter Houston activist Kandice Webber ripped into him, threatening, “You stay here, you answer our questions, or you suffer the consequences!” She then made it clear that she was attending the meeting “for my people, not for you.”

In her own social media video, Webber denounced Talarico as another “white moderate” whom her “people” would “undervote.”

“Black Texas voters, we ain’t f**king playing with you. Yeah, that white boy should have stayed where the f**k he was,” she raged.

“As radical as we know that James Talarico is, she calls him a white moderate. Like, that is insanity,” Sara says, accusing the Democratic Party of creating a “Frankenstein” mob so out of control, no level of radicalism could ever satiate it.

But it appears Talarico may be trying to do just that — satiate Crockett’s disgruntled voters.

The day after Webber’s threat, an audience member at Talarico’s town hall in DeSoto, Texas, asked, “Do you support reparations? And would you legislate for an anti-black crime bill?”

“Restoration, repairing past harms, is part of my faith tradition. It’s part of the values I was raised with, and it’s exactly why we need a lot of the policies we’ve been talking about here to invest in black communities, to invest in black Texans — whether it’s tuition relief, whether it’s homeownership grants, whether it is baby bonds to ensure that we are helping to build that generational wealth,” Talarico responded. “We have to correct the injustices of our past.”

“We are seeing the reverberations of slavery in modern-day Texas all over the place, and until we as a society are committed to righting those past wrongs, of restoring our black communities, we’re never going to be able to get this country back on track,” he added.

Sara translates Talarico’s calculated words: “Yes, I support reparations. Yes, I support legislation that puts black people on a pedestal and treats them better than anyone else because someone’s grandparents’ grandparents’ grandparents were mistreated a long time ago.”

She highlights the objective racism in his propositions.

“Tuition relief, aka free college, but for blacks only. White people, no thank you. Homeownership grants? Blacks only. Whites need not apply. Baby bonds, but only for black babies. Poor white kids? Sorry, you’re out of luck. You got the wrong skin color,” she fumes.

“That is so insanely racist, and yet it is the new policy proposition for James Talarico because he knows it’s his only play for getting the black vote.”

Trump DESTROYED Kaitlan Collins — and leftist logic — with one perfect joke

Donald Trump turned a White House dinner joke into one of the most controversial statements possible, as his joke clearly left his victim fuming — but she couldn’t say anything about it without damaging the left’s belief system.

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales calls it “the greatest joke” he’s had, before playing a clip of the president honing in on CNN host Kaitlan Collins.

“But I want to personally congratulate CNN’s Kaitlan Collins on receiving her award. It was all about me, it’s a fake. She shouldn’t get the award. It was a fake. But I didn’t mind. I said, ‘Kaitlan, congratulations.’ But it was fake,” Trump began.

“There’s no question about it. But she’s a young, attractive woman. She never smiles. I said, ‘Kaitlan, do you have a smile? Smile. You have a nice position. You’re at CNN fake news. You should be a happy person. So smile, Kaitlan,’” he continued.

“I thought Kaitlan had really made it big with a major new sponsorship, but then I informed her that it wasn’t her on the Bud Light can,” he said, adding, “It was Dylan Mulvaney.”

“Now,” Gonzales comments, laughing, “what’s so brilliant about this joke is that they can’t actually complain about the joke without proving that they’re transphobic. How are you going to explain what exactly is offensive about this joke?”

“Because if you want to accept leftist logic, Dylan Mulvaney is just as beautiful of a woman as Kaitlan Collins,” she says, noting that according to the left, “trans women are real women.”

When Collins was questioned about the joke following the dinner, she ignored the questions and walked away.

“They couldn’t be too offended,” Gonzales says, adding, “to protect the trans people.”

Christopher Nolan’s ‘Odyssey’ is peak Hollywood elitist: ‘He’s so snooty’

Christopher Nolan’s adaptation of "The Odyssey" isn’t just drawing criticism for his choice in actors.

“Christopher Nolan is proving himself to be kind of just a bad filmmaker,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales says, pointing out that it’s not just his “woke” casting choices — which include the transgender “Elliot” Page — in a film about ancient Greece.

“I think what’s even worse than all of that is the fact that when you look at how he chose to shoot this movie, it turns out he decided, he was like, ‘Which is the most retarded way to shoot this movie? Ah, I know, that’s the one I’m going to use,’” she says.

“Fifty-year-old IMAX techniques because he’s so pretentious. He’s so snooty. He’s so self-important. He’s like, ‘Ah, you know, just go see the movie. But you need to go see it in IMAX,’” she continues.

“Despite this huge campaign to force people to go pay extra, I assume, to go watch in IMAX, there are actually very few theaters in the country who can show it in this format,” she adds, pointing out that there are only 25 theaters in the country “equipped to project 'The Odyssey' in true IMAX 70mm film.”

Even the CEO of IMAX, Richard Gelfond, was confused by Nolan’s decision.

“The problem is they haven’t made new IMAX film projectors in about 50 years,” Gelfond told Variety in an interview.

“We build new projectors every day. But film projectors using this film, it’s not practical,” he added.

“That is so embarrassing to have the IMAX CEO call you out like that,” Gonzales says.

“He seems to be just a pretentious snob who doesn’t want to conform to, you know, normal ways. He just wants to make life more difficult so that he can consider himself artsy,” she adds.
