Democrats find loophole that could continue birthright citizenship for illegal aliens

Despite the Supreme Court’s ruling that restricted the ability of judges to block President Trump’s policies using nationwide injunctions, a federal court has barred the Trump administration from enforcing his executive order limiting birthright citizenship nationwide.

U.S. District Judge Joseph Laplante in Concord, New Hampshire, made the ruling on July 10 after being asked to grant class action status to a lawsuit filed seeking to represent infants who would not qualify for citizenship under Trump’s directive.

“You might be able to blame Kavanaugh’s concurrence in the CASA decision for this,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales comments.

“You look at the CASA decision, and the majority decision from Chief Justice Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett said, ‘Universal injunctions likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has given to the federal courts.’ However, you had Kavanaugh in his concurrence who left the door open for what the judge is trying to do,” Gonzales explains.

“The decision today will not alter this Court’s traditional role in those matters. Going forward, in the wake of a major new federal statute or executive action, different district courts may enter a slew of preliminary rulings on the legality of that statute or executive action,” Kavanaugh said. “Or alternatively, perhaps a district court (or courts) will grant or deny the functional equivalent of a universal injunction — for example, by granting or denying a preliminary injunction to a putative nationwide class under Rule 23(b)(2).”

“I’m getting in the weeds here, but it matters,” Gonzales says, explaining that “in order to have a judge take class action, you’ve got to have rule 23.”

“It lays out the criteria. Numerosity: So you’ve got a class that’s so big that individual lawsuits are impractical. You’ve got to lump them all together because not doing so would cause too many lawsuits to happen,” she continues.

“Commonality: There are common legal or factual questions among class members. Typicality: The named plaintiff’s claims are typical of the whole class. Adequacy: So the plaintiffs and their attorneys will fairly and accurately protect the interests of the entire class. And then rule 23(b), which, of course, Kavanaugh referenced, is the injunctive relief for that class,” she adds.

Admitting he lied wouldn’t violate HIPAA — so why did Biden’s doctor really plead the Fifth?

The autopen scandal saga continues, as Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the White House physician during former President Joe Biden’s tenure, has refused to answer congressional questions regarding his time under the Biden administration.

O’Connor pleaded the Fifth when asked two questions, which BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales says, “should raise your eyebrows a little.”

The first question was, “Were you ever told to lie about the president’s health?” And the second was, “Did you ever believe President Biden was unfit to execute his duties?”

While the silence was deafening to those who noticed a clear decline in president Biden’s health and mental state, O’Connor’s attorney is claiming that physician-patient privilege is the reason for his silence.

“This committee has indicated to Dr. O’Connor and his attorneys that it does not intend to honor one of the most well-known privileges in our law — the physician-patient privilege,” O’Connor’s attorney said.

“Revealing confidential patient information would violate the most fundamental ethical duty of a physician, could result in revocation of Dr. O’Connor’s medical license, and would subject Dr. O’Connor to potential civil liability. Dr. O’Connor will not violate his oath of confidentiality to any of his patients, including President Biden,” the attorney added.

“But how are you violating any sort of physician-patient privilege by answering if you were ever told to lie about the president’s health?” Gonzales asks. “That’s not giving any sort of medical information. That doesn’t violate HIPAA law.”

“I don’t think that constitutes any sort of physician-patient privilege. I think that is their entire lie unraveling and them trying to figure out how they can continue this charade until something else big maybe happens,” she continues.

“This is one of the biggest scandals in American history, and we have to get to the bottom of it eventually, despite Joe Biden’s doctor pleading the Fifth,” she adds.

Our farmland is saved — China BANNED from buying US land

If owning a farm was a dream of yours, there’s finally some good news. A new action plan announced by Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins will prevent foreign countries from buying up U.S. farmland, as well as protect U.S. land from being used in ways that could harm America.

“With this announcement today, we are taking this purpose and our American farmland back. American agriculture is not just about feeding our families but about protecting our nation and standing up to foreign adversaries who are buying our farmland, stealing our research, and creating dangerous vulnerabilities in the very systems that sustain us,” Rollins said.

“Today we announced the USDA’s national farm security action plan. This plan includes seven key action items. The most important, the first of the seven, is securing and protecting American farmland ownership, actively engaging at every level of government to take swift legislative and executive action to ban the purchase of American farmland by Chinese nationals and other foreign adversaries,” she continued.

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales thinks it's crazy that foreign adversaries were ever allowed to buy any American land in the first place.

“Farmland, houses, developments. I don’t care what it is. I think it’s kind of crazy that we allow that to begin with, but particularly with farmland,” Gonzales says, noting that in the state of Texas, the farmland Chinese nationals were buying were “peculiarly near military bases.”

“And looking at this, the geography of it was very, very scary. Apparently, that’s not just in Texas, that is across the country,” she continues, adding, “Over 227,000 acres of farmland are owned by Chinese investors.”

After several Chinese nationals were caught attempting to smuggle dangerous pathogens that could poison Americans via crops, Gonzales finds it all a little disturbing.

"This is a no-brainer to me. Like, they are owning 227,000 acres of farmland, and they have every intention of bringing in pathogens and bacteria," she says, adding, "They are always 10 steps ahead of us, and we're asleep at the wheel. And thankfully, it looks like in this instance, that won't be happening anymore under the Trump administration."

Want to help Texas flood victims? Here’s what you can do

Over the July Fourth weekend, torrential rains unleashed catastrophic flooding along the Guadalupe River in Central Texas. The death toll has climbed past 100 statewide, with 87 confirmed deaths in Kerr County, and is expected to rise as rescue teams search for the missing. Among the victims are 27 campers and counselors from Camp Mystic, a nearly century-old Christian summer camp for girls near Hunt, Texas.

This tragedy hit home for Sara Gonzales, a Texas native.

“My heart has been heavy all weekend thinking about people in my own state, here in the state of Texas, who have died in this tragic flood,” she says.

In times like these, people are eager to support the victims, their families, and the rescue teams, but they often struggle to find reliable ways to help.

To get guidance on how we can best help, Sara invited Texas Rep. Chip Roy (R) to “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”

“Can you tell the audience what they can do if they want to help?” Sara asks.

“First of all, pray,” is Roy’s initial response.

“Second of all, go online and donate. Dollars will always be able to help and be able to be used where they're best needed,” he adds, adding that his social media pages as well as his website have information about how you can help.

Roy reminds us that help will be needed not just now, but for many months to come.

“We’re going to need help in a week. We're going to need help in two weeks, and everybody forgets and they go back to life, but that's when we're going to really need the help,” he says. “Right now, we're trying to … find bodies, clear out the disaster area, open up roads, and then we're going to need a lot of help over the next six months to a year.”

“We’ll rebuild,” he promised. “We’re Texas. … We're filled with a lot of God-fearing, awesome people, and we'll rebuild.”

America BANS pro-terrorist band after calls for violence

British band Bob Vylan is in some serious trouble.

The English punk rap duo began a pro-Palestinian chant during a show at Glastonbury, which quickly escalated into them leading the audience in calling for harm against Israel. During their set, they screamed, “From the river to the sea,” and, "Death, death to the IDF," referring to the Israel Defense Forces.

Though the crowd seemed to enjoy the chant, the band is now facing the consequences of their actions, as several countries are prohibiting them from entering.

“The @StateDept has revoked the US visas for the members of the Bob Vylan band in light of their hateful tirade at Glastonbury, including leading the crowd in death chants. Foreigners who glorify violence and hatred are not welcome visitors to our country,” U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau wrote in a post on X.

“Did they say anything about America? No,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales comments. “But that type of hatred and violence — we don’t have to let just anybody in. This is the United States of America. We should be very selective when we decide who to let into our country, even if for a brief amount of time.”

While some are siding with the band and calling it an attack on First Amendment rights, BlazeTV contributor Jaco Booyens notes that foreigners “don’t have First Amendment rights.”

“It really has been refreshing to see this administration get tough on how, you know, they’re shutting down all of these visas until they can figure out how to properly vet these people on social media. I mean, this is people overseas,” Gonzales agrees.

“All of these foreigners think that it’s just some sort of a right that they should have to be able to come over here whenever they want, and it’s like, no, this is the greatest country in the world, and we have to protect that,” she adds.

Trump VICTORY: University kicks men out of women's sports

In a massive win for the Trump administration — as well as women's rights — the University of Pennsylvania has modified a trio of school records set by transgender swimmer Lia Thomas as part of a resolution of a federal civil rights case.

Even better, the university will announce that it “will not allow males to compete in female athletic programs” and must adopt “biology-based” definitions of male and female.

UPenn will also send a personalized letter of apology to each impacted swimmer, like Riley Gaines.

“There’s going to be a lot of people that are going to be eating their words on that, which is absolutely fantastic,” BlazeTV contributor Matthew Marsden tells BlazeTV contributor Eric July and BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales on “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”

“But, I’ve got to say this, like where are we that we are looking at this as a win, that now we’re saying that a man cannot swim in women’s races? I mean, it is, don’t get me wrong. I’m loving it. I’m loving the fact that Trump has done it,” he continues.

“I mean, some of the conversations that I’ve been having over the last four years, I’m like, ‘Wow, I wouldn’t even have thought we would have had those conversations ever.’ Like even the whole transitioning of children,” July responds, adding, “but for some reason, there’s doctors that are out there still operating, by the way, and performing these surgeries on minors.”

“That is where the world has gone. It is screwed up. Nothing makes sense,” he continues. “It’s more like a course correction.”

Canada bows to Donald Trump — tariff negotiations are back on

In the trade war with the rest of the world, Canada threatened to tax Big Tech companies in America. However, just a few comments from President Donald Trump caused Canada to back down, and tariff negotiations are back on the table.

“So Canada put a charge on some of our companies, and Canada’s been a very difficult country to deal with over the years, and we have all the cards,” Trump said in a press conference last week.

“Economically, we have such power over Canada, I’d rather not use it, but they did something with our tech companies today trying to copy Europe. You know, they copied Europe. It’s not going to work out well for Europe, either, and it’s not going to work out well for Canada. They were foolish to do it,” he continued.

Trump went on to explain that while America does a “little” business with Canada, they do “most of their businesses with us.”

“They’ve had farmers that are getting like 300, 400, 200% in tariffs. Nobody’s ever seen anything like it. We have cases, you don’t read this, and the people don’t report it, but they charge us 400% on some dairy products,” he said, adding, “And it’s not fair to our farmers, and we’ve got to protect our farmers.”

“Now, Canada is the second largest United States trading partner after Mexico, also, the largest buyer of United States exports, which is kind of to President Trump’s point, they stand a lot to lose here,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales comments.

“This tax plan would have put a 3% tax on companies like Amazon, Google, Meta, Uber, Airbnb, and it also would be retroactive going all the way back to January of 2022. So for some of these companies, I mean, that’s quite a bit of money,” she says.

Now, Canada caved and dropped the digital tax plan in order to give themselves more time to reach a deal with President Trump by July 21.

Gonzales isn’t surprised by Canada’s move, adding, “It’s the art of the deal man.”

Texas parents FIGHT BACK against school's secret gender transition

Parents in Houston, Texas, are suing in federal court after their daughter’s high school socially transitioned her in secret and against their explicit wishes.

The lawsuit names several individuals, including Superintendent Mike Miles, Bellaire High School Principal Michael Niggli, school counselor Sarah Ray, and several teachers — who all referred to the girl using a masculine name and pronouns for a whopping two years.

This began in ninth grade, when the girl’s theater teacher passed out a worksheet asking for students’ “names and pronouns.”

“If you have been out of the school system for longer than, let’s just say a decade, did you ever see a worksheet that people, that a student, or parents, whomever, had to fill out that gave ‘What is your child’s name, and what is your child’s pronouns?’” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales asks on “Come and Take It.”

“That didn’t exist up until five minutes ago when society decided that they were going to let this alphabet mafia take over the entire world, regardless of common sense, regardless of decency,” she continues.

The mother of the secretly transitioned student specifically requested that the teacher use her daughter’s legal name and female pronouns; she was ignored not only by her daughter but by the authority figures at her school.

“Which goes to the point, these teachers, they’re asking for it. They are asking for this information, they are asking for this type of situation to happen. They are lying in wait to prey upon vulnerable, confused children who are going through a rebellious phase,” Gonzales says.

“These teachers are so evil, they are just lying in wait to just get one, one to a handful of children who are confused,” she continues. “Again, what child while going through puberty, going through adolescence, hasn’t felt uncomfortable in their own body?”

“It was a right of passage up until we had all of these weirdos in school just ready to sic upon these young, confused children. We used to have adults who were focused on helping the child through it,” she adds.

Pride is planning to stay year-round — and you should plan on avoiding it

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales serves as vice president for an organization called the Texas Family Project, which is dedicated in part to saving children from the grip of leftist indoctrination.

This work often brings them to “all-ages” Pride events held in the great state of Texas.

And as Pride Month ends, the organization was looking forward to getting “a little rest from having to infiltrate all of the disgusting Pride festivals happening across the state” — but it appears that won’t be possible.

This is because Pride Houston 365 claims that “Pride is not just for June anymore.”

“Yes, they say that Pride is actually to take place all year long. So, sorry for your eyeballs, sorry for my eyeballs,” Gonzales comments, disturbed.

Texas Family Project executive director Kaden Lopez ventured to one of Pride Houston 365’s most recent “all-ages” events, and what he encountered was terrifying to say the least.

“Our editors felt the need to censor this — I guess you’re welcome — but that was like full butt crack with a thong going up the rear,” Gonzales says, commenting on video footage Lopez got of the “family-friendly” event.

As kids and baby strollers wander in and out of the shots, barely clothed they/thems pass by and women make out on stage, as music with lyrics like “head down, ass up, that’s the way I like to f**k” blasts from the speakers.

“And there is, of course, the ‘family fun zone’ with all the bubbles for the kids,” Gonzales says, adding, “How far away was that from the free rapid HIV test?”

“It was kind of far from the HIV test, but it was right next to the stage,” Lopez explains, noting that it was the stage where the women were making out, twerking, and singing horribly inappropriate songs.

“It was kids' zone, little pathway, and then stage,” he adds.

“Some adult perverts in the kids' zone along with the kids,” Brady Gray, president of Texas Family Project, chimes in.

“This all started with, ‘We just want to get married,’ you know. These Pride festivals started in the ’70s with a few hundred people that’d go have a march, and nobody paid any attention to it. Still, not enough people are paying attention to it, but we’re a far cry from a few hundred people in a march,” he adds.

Pete Hegseth EXPOSES mainstream media to their faces

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has had enough of the mainstream media’s lies, and he made that clear in a recent press conference when he called them out for focusing on superficial social justice narratives regarding Operation Midnight Hammer.

“Let’s acknowledge the female pilots that also participated in this mission. The early messages that you sent out only congratulated the boys,” a reporter said to Hegseth at the press conference.

“So when I say something like, ‘Our boys and bombers,’ see, this is the kind of thing the press does, right? Of course, the chairman mentioned a female bomber pilot. That’s fantastic. She’s fantastic. She’s a hero,” Hegseth responded.

“I hope the men and women of our country sign up to do such brave and audacious things,” he continued, noting that “our boys and bombers” is a common phrase.

“I’ll keep saying things like that, whether they’re men or women. Very proud of that female pilot, just like I’m very proud of those male pilots. And I don’t care if it’s a male or a female in that cockpit. And the American people don’t care. But it’s the obsession with race and gender in this department that’s changed priorities. We don’t do that anymore. We don’t play your little games,” he added.

“It’s just so refreshing,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales comments. “You can have your own opinion on whether or not we should have gone in there and bombed these nuclear sites. You can have that conversation.”

“I appreciate all types of views, but what I’m not willing to entertain is, ‘But why didn’t you give the female pilot credit? Because you said "boys and bombers," and that could be offensive to the female pilot,’” she continues.

“Could you let the female pilot speak for herself? If she has a problem, she’s more than welcome to bring it up, but odds are she already knows that it’s a figure of speech, and she’s not at all offended because she’s not a little b***h,” she adds.
