WATCH: Gavin Newsom's new pro-abortion ad is so bad, it’s funny

While abortion is no laughing matter, Gavin Newsom’s latest pro-abortion – or in his words “reproductive care” – ad has Sara Gonzales in stitches.

The commercial comes in unison with Newsom’s latest proposal that aims to pave the way for women in Arizona to seek abortions in California because the “mean red states … are making it harder for them to kill their babies,” mocks Sara.

Newsom’s ad, despite what you might think, “isn’t a parody … [or] SNL.”

“This is an actual ad released unironically from Gavin Newsom on abortion,” Sara prefaces.

While we don’t want to give away too many spoilers, know that the commercial features a pair of young girls being literally hunted down by a cop with a thick Southern accent, armed with both handcuffs and a pregnancy test?

It also includes the following statement: “Trump Republicans want to criminalize young Alabama women who travel for reproductive care.”

Blaze contributor Matthew Marsden is flabbergasted.

“What are you thinking, you colossal bunch of morons?” he asks.

DOJ is targeting people who interacted with Trump on Twitter/X — are YOU on a government watch list?

It’s never been easier to get yourself on a government watch list.

According to recently released and heavily redacted search warrants, the Biden administration’s Department of Justice is making sure of that.

The DOJ demanded information on “all users” who interacted with former President Donald Trump’s Twitter account leading up to the Capitol protest on January 6.

The DOJ called on Twitter to provide the department with the “content of all tweets created, drafted, favorited/liked, or retweeted by” Trump’s account, including “deleted tweets.” A list of “all users” that Trump's account “followed, unfollowed, muted, unmuted, blocked, or unblocked” was also requested.

In addition, the DOJ wanted a list of those who followed, unfollowed, muted, unmuted, blocked, or unblocked Trump as well.

Sara Gonzales thinks it’s all absolutely insane, especially considering Trump was essentially a Twitter icon.

“That’s everyone who’s ever been on Twitter,” Gonzales says, in shock, while Stu Burguiere notes that they might as well just be asking for “all Twitter user information.”

“It shows how deep they’ve gone on this. This is really their game plan, is to target everybody who opposes them, and this is I guess a good starting point,” Stu says.

However, many people who absolutely hated Trump — like those with cases of TDS — obsessively responded to the former president.

“What about all those nice Democrats that have been calling him Hitler all these years?” Stu asks.

“They now are on the government list as well.”

Man spends over $20,000 to transform himself into a DOG

Children are known to play pretend. Whether it’s mermaids, pirates, unicorns, Power Rangers, or anything in between, kids let their imaginations run wild.

And we love them for that. But at some point, they’re expected to grow up and fully root themselves in reality as human beings. This has long been the standard.

Until recently, that is.

Nowadays, anyone can be anything, including a dog, apparently.

A Japanese man by the name of Toko spent $20,000 to fulfill his childhood dream of transforming into a dog.

Toko’s YouTube channel, which is “cleverly” titled “I want to be an animal,” features a video of him in a hyper-realistic dog costume being petted by pedestrians who are acting like petting a man-dog is a normal, everyday experience.

The only one who seems to be disturbed by the situation is an actual dog.

“The dog was the only reasonable one in that entire video,” says Sara Gonzales.

“Bring your furry a** to Texas [where] it’s 110 degrees outside right now – we’ll see how long you stay in that coat,” jokes Chad Prather.

“Let’s just hold him to it,” adds Sky Corban. “If you want to identify as a dog … you can’t sign a lease, you can’t sign any contracts, [and] you can’t have $20,000.”

But all jokes aside, Toko’s strange transformation reveals a serious underlying condition.

“This is severe mental illness,” Sara says, adding, “The video has like over 3 million views on YouTube, so he’s going to financially benefit from his mental illness.”

But this situation is not just reflective of Toko’s psychological disturbance; it also indicates a deficit in society.

“You start affirming people’s delusions on age and … other attributes that are immutable, and all of a sudden, you get an entirely insane culture,” Sara explains.

“You get demonized for the things that are sane, and you get praised for the things that are insane,” adds Sky.

Toronto Blue Jays pitcher COWERS before woke mob over stance on Target boycott

The woke mob has claimed another victim.

Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Anthony Bass shared a video to his social media of Ryan Miller, a Christian influencer.

Now Bass is paying the price.

In that video, Miller made the case for boycotting Target by quoting Ephesians chapter five: “Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. For it is shameful to even talk of the things that they do in secret.”

Miller believes that in order to “take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness,” one must stop giving one's money to corporations like Target, which target children.

Sara Gonzales of "The News & Why It Matters" is not amused.

While Bass simply shared the video, Gonzales can see why he’s in trouble.

“You’re not allowed to do that these days. The Alphabet Mafia rules all. You are to bend the knee to the rainbow at whatever the cost —your religion be damned. The only religion allowed to survive now is the total complete submission to the LGBT agenda,” she said.

Bass apologized for reposting the video, saying that he recognized it was “hurtful to the Pride community,” and that “the ballpark is for everyone.”

“Hmm, the ballpark is for everybody. Weird, because it certainly doesn’t sound like that. What it sounds like is that the ballpark is for anybody who goes along with woke nonsense,” Gonzales commented.

While Bass apologized, the Toronto Blue Jays are taking further steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

According to the Blue Jays, he will be attending diversity and inclusion training.

“Does he need to attend a workshop teaching him how to cater to mental illness and reject his religion to satisfy a tiny percentage of the population?” Gonzales mocked.

“I want to be clear,” she continued, “if you have a platform and you intend to share a message rejecting wokeism or the LGBT religion — do not back down, ever. The damage that is done by these cowards who walk their statements back with their tails tucked between their legs like a little bitch is far greater than if they would have just kept their mouths shut in the first place.”
