Tay-K was convicted of murder in 2019 and again in 2020 for a separate shooting. He’s serving 55 years. South Park Mexican is doing 45 years for child sexual assault. C-Murder? Life for killing a teenager. Big Lurch is doing life for murder and cannibalism. B.G. just got out after 14 years for weapons and witness tampering. Chris Brown — who still charts — pled guilty to felony assault of Rihanna and keeps finding trouble. Shyne served nearly a decade for a nightclub shooting that Diddy himself may have committed. Kodak Black, Max B, Crip Mac, Flesh-N-Bone, Big Tray Deee — all convicted felons.
That’s not some obscure playlist. That’s the soundtrack.
Try compiling a similar rap sheet for classical violinists, country balladeers, or pop crooners. Even rock, infamous for its drug excesses, never reached this level of violence or degradation.
Still think this is just about “personal behavior”? Listen closer.
Even when not committing crimes, many hip-hop “artists” glorify them. Anti-police, anti-woman, anti-civilization — these aren’t exceptions but industry standards. “F**k the police” wasn’t a phase. It was a forecast. “Shoot a cop, that’s my solution” isn’t satire. It’s strategy.
You don’t have to dig to find chart-toppers dripping with misogyny, death threats, and celebrations of drug-dealing and street violence. This isn’t fringe content. They’re topping the Billboard charts.
In what other industry could someone openly brag about pimping women, selling narcotics, or “sliding on ops” and still land Super Bowl halftime shows, Sprite deals, and White House invitations?

Defenders call it “storytelling,” “street realism,” or “art.” But these aren’t neutral observations. They’re recruitment ads for a culture of moral rot. Many rappers don’t just depict criminality — they embody it, and their fans reward them for it.
Every stream, download, and ticket sale is a vote for decadence — a few more dollars for the next defense attorney, a little more validation for the notion that responsibility is oppression and chaos is authenticity.
Even academics have noticed. Law journals have dissected the way hip-hop glorifies violence while its corporate enablers polish the packaging. The same elites who decry “toxic masculinity” will nod along to lyrics calling women “bitches” and “hoes.” The same corporations that preach “inclusion” will bankroll artists who sneer at civilization. The same politicians pushing gun control will campaign beside men who made fortunes romanticizing drive-bys.
Yes, hip-hop has artistic power. It grew from hardship and gave voice to the voiceless. But no other genre has turned crime, misogyny, and hatred for order into cultural virtues.
There’s a difference between reflecting reality and selling it — between giving voice to pain and turning pain into product. Today’s rap industry isn’t holding up a mirror to society. It’s pointing a gun at it.
The Diddy sentencing should be a wake-up call. It isn’t just a reckoning for one man. It’s a moment of clarity for a culture that has lost its moral compass.

Kentucky judge who was shot dead in his own chambers last year now accused of involvement in sex ring
A Kentucky judge was gunned down in his own chambers last year allegedly by his longtime sheriff pal. Now accusations have emerged that the slain judge was involved in a sex ring.
As Blaze News reported almost a year ago, 54-year-old Letcher County District Judge Kevin R. Mullins was shot to death in his chambers.
'It's like they were running a brothel out of that courtroom.'
Chilling surveillance footage allegedly caught the moment that a sheriff walked into Mullins' office and fired several shots at the judge.
Former Letcher County Sheriff Shawn “Mickey” Stines, 43, turned himself in after the shooting and resigned from the force days later. Stines pleaded not guilty to a first-degree murder charge; he was being held in an Eastern Kentucky jail without bond, according to ABC News.
Stines and Mullins had been friends for decades, and the pair were seen having lunch at a restaurant just hours before the shooting.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Matt Gayheart was asked in September 2024 if a "sex scandal" was a possible motive in the fatal shooting of the judge.
“Absolutely. We are not ruling out anything as a possible motive," Gayheart stated.
In December 2024, NewsNation said it obtained audio recordings that "could tie a now-dead Kentucky judge to a sex-for-favors scandal one week after the suspect, a former sheriff, pleaded not guilty to killing him."
Alleged victim Sabrina Adkins claimed that former Letcher County Deputy Sheriff Ben Fields coerced her into performing sexual favors inside Mullins' chambers in exchange for her being able to stay under house arrest.
Fields pleaded guilty to rape, sodomy, perjury, and tampering with a prisoner monitoring device. He was sentenced to six months in jail and then six and a half years of probation.
Adkins also accused Judge Mullins of being involved in the long-standing sextortion racket: "He does have some videotapes of some stuff in the judge’s chambers … just with girls, sexual and stuff."
Ned Pillersdorf, Adkins’ attorney, told NewsNation, "It's like they were running a brothel out of that courtroom."
On Monday, a new accusation emerged that Mullins was involved in a sex ring.
Another alleged victim, Tya Adams, said in an interview with NewsNation's “Banfield” that Mullins introduced her to his friends.

"And we would do sex parties and perform shows and have sex with them for money, things like that," Adams claimed to the outlet.
Adams also told NewsNation she didn't feel as though she could decline Mullins' demands for fear that the legal system and Child Protective Services would destroy her.
"They would make sure to make you feel as small and degraded and belittled as possible to take your power away,” Adams told the outlet, adding that while "it was consensual ... we were so young, and then they used it against us and to destroy our lives later.”
Adams added to NewsNation that Mullins and others said she should keep quiet about what was allegedly happening — even though she said "the whole town" was participating in the alleged sexual encounters: "They’re all swingers. It’s all a big party to them. It was just so normal.”
What's more, Sarah Davis — a former deputy jailer at Letcher County Jail — added to NewsNation that while she didn't see anyone initiating sex, she heard "nasty and sickening" stories.
“Pretty much everybody in the county knows," Davis told the outlet. “But it was confirmed to me after working in the county jail, especially after being invited to a party myself.”
Davis also claimed to NewsNation that Mullins invited her to a sex party, but she declined: "I was raised better than that."

Couple arrested for committing 'lewd and lascivious' sex acts during flight with children watching, police say
A Connecticut couple was arrested after they reportedly performed sex acts in front of children during a flight to Florida from New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport, according to authorities.
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on July 19, a woman with two children allegedly approached a JetBlue flight attendant. The mother told the flight crew member that there were two passengers engaging in sexual activity in their seats, according to the probable cause affidavits obtained by People magazine. The woman reportedly stressed that her children witnessed the alleged sex acts.
'This behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated by JetBlue.'
"After he was informed of the acts, the flight attendant walked to Ms. Reilly's seating area and witnessed her making up-and-down movements with her head while she was face down on Mr. Arnold's lap," the affidavits state.
The affidavits claim that the two children witnessed Reilly "performing oral sex and jerking off Mr. Arnold."
Approximately an hour later, the JetBlue airplane landed at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. Upon touching down at the airport, 42-year-old Christopher D. Arnold and 43-year-old Trista L. Reilly were arrested by officers with the airport police. The suspects were each charged with two felony counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition, according to information from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office.
The couple — from Danbury, Connecticut — was released from custody on their own recognizance on July 21, according to Sarasota County Sheriff's Office jail records.
JetBlue told People magazine, "This behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated by JetBlue."
"Immediately upon receiving the report, our crew members acted swiftly to engage JetBlue's security team and law enforcement," JetBlue said in a statement. "We are fully cooperating with the investigation, and these customers are no longer welcome to fly JetBlue."
According to arrest records from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office, Arnold and Reilly are scheduled to be arraigned on August 15. There is no clear information on whether they've retained legal representation.

Diddy verdict brings tears: Sean Combs acquitted on most serious charges in explosive trial — but he's not off the hook yet
Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs avoided spending the rest of his life in prison after he was acquitted Wednesday on the most serious charges he was facing in his explosive trial. However, Combs still faces the possibility of going to prison after he was convicted on two charges.
Combs was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges in connection with accusations that he operated a criminal enterprise that coerced women into sex-fueled "freak-offs" that often included prostitutes.
'Mr. Combs has been given his life by the jury.'
However, a jury of eight men and four women convicted Diddy on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He now faces a maximum of 20 years in prison if he is sentenced to consecutive maximum prison terms, according to CNN.
The Associated Press reported that Combs wiped his face, knelt at his chair, and bowed his head in prayer following the verdict in the high-profile court case.
Combs stood up and faced the gallery and clapped. He also pumped his right fist subtly, CNN reported.
Combs' family applauded back, and some family members reportedly wiped tears rolling down their faces.
“I’ll be home soon,” Combs said. “I love you, baby.”
He added, "I love you, Mom."
Combs reportedly hugged defense lawyer Teny Geragos.
After marshals escorted Combs out of the courtroom, his family started to chant “dream team” in a show of appreciation for the lawyers who helped him avoid the two most serious charges.
Geragos hugged members of Combs’ family as well.
Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo told Judge Arun Subramanian, "Mr. Combs has been given his life by the jury."
Agnifilo also urged Judge Subramanian to release the 55-year-old rapper before his sentencing, stressing that Combs would be "nothing short of a fool" if he jeopardized his future by violating the conditions set by the court if he was released.
“He treasures, I assure you, the opportunity that he has been given, and he will not run afoul of anything this court imposes on him,” Agnifilo explained.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey said the government opposes setting Diddy free before sentencing.
Comey argued that Combs "continued to commit a litany of crimes” after he knew authorities were investigating him.
Comey also said the government would seek a prison sentence for the two charges for which he was convicted.
Judge Subramanian instructed the defense attorneys and prosecutors to submit letters regarding the possible release of Diddy before sentencing, and the letters reportedly are due by 1 p.m. ET Wednesday.
Diddy has been behind bars since his arrest in September.
Doug Wigdor, the attorney representing Diddy's former girlfriend Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, told reporters Wednesday that he's pleased with the two convictions.
"Of course, we would have liked to have seen a conviction on the sex crimes and RICO, but we understand that ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ is a high standard," Wigdor stated. "We’re just pleased he still faces substantial jail time."

In a disturbing news story, a former female teacher from Indiana is facing several child molestation charges after being accused of forcing multiple teenage boys into having group sex with her.
Some of the victims were as young as 13.
31-year-old Brittany Fortinberry is facing 24 more charges after five more alleged victims have come forward.
One victim claimed Fortinberry allegedly spent $600 on a group of teens before forcing them to wear the famous mask from the movie “Scream,” and having sex with them. The victims also claimed Fortinberry threatened suicide if they were to tell anyone.
But it doesn’t stop there, as Fortinberry was also allegedly paying teen boys between $100 and $800 for photos of their genitals, while also sending some teens nude and explicit videos on Snapchat and on an app called “Session.”
According to one victim, Fortinberry allegedly coaxed the boys who didn’t want to participate into it by saying “just let it happen.”
Even more concerning, a parent of one of the victims reportedly told the police that Fortinberry’s husband was well aware of what was going on — and threatened to “slaughter” the teenager in front of her if he were to come forward.

OnlyFans model charged with murder after client dies during $11,000 fetish acts recorded on 'troubling videos': Court docs
A California OnlyFans model faces significant criminal charges in connection with the death of a man who allegedly paid her $11,000 for fetish acts, according to court documents.
Michael Dale — a 55-year-old resident of Escondido, California — contacted 31-year-old Michaela Brashaye Rylaarsdam in March and April of 2023 after spotting her "ad on a website police said was commonly used for escort or stripper services," according to the Orange County Register.
Detectives found 'several troubling videos' of Dale struggling to breathe with the materials over his face that he could not remove himself.
Dale paid Rylaarsdam more than $11,000 to “have conversations with him, and to come to his house, tie him up and perform other acts of bondage,” the affidavit reads.
Citing the affidavit, the Register noted that Dale allegedly "made some unusual requests, including that she wrap him like a mummy in Saran wrap and glue a pair of women’s boots onto his feet."
Investigators determined that Rylaarsdam arrived at Dale's Escondido home around 6 p.m. on April 17, 2023. She said Dale "appeared intoxicated," yet she decided to "spend the next several hours" accommodating his fetish requests, according to the affidavit.
KTLA-TV reported that police received a 911 call around 10 p.m. that night.
Rylaarsdam reportedly was on the phone with a 911 dispatcher who was coaching her through CPR.
A resident of the home said he was alerted to the emergency and ran into Dale's room to find him "on the floor, wearing sweatpants, and wrapped in clingy plastic from about the hips down," the Orange County Register reported.
The male resident described Rylaarsdam as “super freaked out” during the frantic episode.
Dale was rushed to the hospital but was declared brain-dead the next day. He was taken off life support several days later and died.
Authorities said Dale was suffocated, and his cause of death was linked to deprivation of oxygen to the brain.
An anonymous man who lives in the house in question noted that Dale had recently rented a room in the home and lived there no more than five days before the fatal incident.
The man also said the situation was so traumatizing that a female housemate moved out shortly after the tragedy.
Rylaarsdam reportedly was recording the fetish acts on her phone to use as sexual content for her OnlyFans page.
According to the affidavit, the videos showed Dale fighting to breathe while duct tape covered his mouth and plastic wrap secured his legs; in addition, his wrists were bound, duct tape covered his fingers, and a bag or wrappings covered his head.
Rylaarsdam denied placing anything over the victim’s head.
The suspect allegedly handed over her phone to detectives.

Court docs claim Rylaarsdam was performing a sex act as her alleged client lay unresponsive.
Rylaarsdam was arrested last month — nearly two years after Dale's death — and charged with second-degree murder because prosecutors could not find expressed intent to kill.
The Register explained, "To prove a second-degree murder charge, prosecutors have the burden to prove that the defendant had implied malice — that she intentionally committed an act, and the natural and probable consequences of that act were dangerous to life."
Rylaarsdam’s defense attorney, David Cohen, argued it was “clear there was no intent to kill” on the part of his client.
Cohen contended that Rylaarsdam “caused 911 to be called, gave CPR, and cooperated with police."
"I think there was no intent to kill and no attempt to cover this up,” Cohen continued. “And she acted appropriately when she realized this was a problem.”
Cohen claimed, "There is definitely a consensual element — not only something he consented to, something he was actively seeking."
San Diego County Deputy District Attorney David Jarman said that the bag, which had additional tape around it, was over Dale's head for around eight minutes.
“The evidence showed that he hired her to perform bondage acts and fetish acts," Jarman stated. "There is no indication that he asked her to obstruct his breathing, asked her to put tape over his mouth, asked her to put a plastic bag over his head."
Rylaarsdam is currently in jail without bail.
She has pleaded not guilty in Vista Superior Court.

Once-prominent doctor — accused of sexually assaulting over 200 patients — indicted on rape charges
A once-prominent Massachusetts doctor accused of sexually assaulting hundreds of patients has been indicted on rape charges.
Derrick Todd is a Harvard-trained rheumatologist who had practiced at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.
'This is criminal. He's a predator.'
A Middlesex County Grand Jury on Thursday indicted Todd on two counts of rape.
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan said in a statement, "The indictments are for two counts of rape alleging the sexual assault of two women who were his patients at the time of the assaults."
The alleged sexual assaults purportedly occurred during medical examinations in December 2022 and June 2023.
Todd on Friday morning appeared in court, where he pleaded not guilty to the rape charges.
The judge in the case ordered Todd to relinquish all of his medical licenses and forbade him to practice medicine and to have any contact with his alleged victims. Bail was set at $10,000 cash.
Todd's attorney, Anthony Abeln, previously said his client would "not litigate this matter in the media, but he will defend his care as the case progresses through the Massachusetts Superior Court system."
As Blaze News reported in October 2023, a class action lawsuit was filed against Todd over allegations of repeated sexual assaults during medical examinations.
Patients accused Todd of conducting unnecessary exams that were "performed for his own sexual gratification," according to the class action lawsuit filed in Suffolk County Superior Court.
The lawsuit notes that "these horrifying, traumatizing, and deplorable acts" took place "from at least as far back as 2011 and continuing through July 2023."
Despite the alleged sexual assaults happening for over a decade, patients only began to come forward with the accusations in the summer of 2023.
WBTS-TV reported that the lawsuit accused the Yale and University of Massachusetts graduate of sexually assaulting more than 200 patients and performing "unnecessary pelvic floor therapy, breast examinations, testicular examinations, and rectal examinations on more than 200 women and several men ranging from teens to people in their 60s."
Mimi DiTrani — a former patient who filed a lawsuit against Todd — told WBZ-TV that the rheumatologist opted for repeated gynecological exams and breast exams instead of conducting MRIs on her bones for her autoimmune rheumatological health issues.
DiTrani claimed that she "was sexually exploited, abused, harassed, and molested at the hands of serial sexual predator Defendant Derrick J. Todd." She also said the doctor asked her "a series of inappropriate, invasive, and exploitative questions about her appearance, sexual history, and sexual activity."
Lubin & Meyer attorney Robert Higgins, an attorney for the plaintiffs, declared that "this is criminal. He's a predator."
William Thompson of Lubin & Meyer stated, “It’s been a long wait for all of the 228 former patients who have come forward to date. And it serves as some vindication or acknowledgment that he is going to held accountable for what he has done to all the patients who put their trust in him as a physician.”
The lawsuit accuses the hospital systems of allowing Todd's alleged sexual abuse to take place while failing to "hire, supervise, manage, oversee, and retain competent medical providers who refrained from assault and inappropriate examinations of patients."
Todd resigned from the Brigham and Women's Hospital in July 2023 after the hospital conducted an internal investigation into the dozens of complaints.
“We also reached out to patients who were seen by Dr. Todd and offered extensive support for follow-up medical care, as well as assistance if they wanted to report their experience to law enforcement,” the Brigham and Women's Hospital said in a statement. “We take our duty to care for our patients and keep them safe extremely seriously.”
The hospital added, "We will continue to provide support and respond to our patients’ needs during this challenging time. We recognize the incredible courage it has taken for all patients who have come forward to ensure that this conduct was exposed.”
That same month, Todd resigned from Charles River Medical Associates.
In September, Todd signed a voluntary agreement with the Board of Registration in Medicine to stop practicing medicine anywhere in the country. The investigation into Todd's sexual assault accusations is ongoing.
