Video shows BRAINWASHED mask crusader threaten, assault Costco worker for not wearing mask

As local health departments and the CDC revise COVID safety guidelines, several of the nation’s largest retailers have relaxed mask policies for customers and employees. But the decision to release the masses from COVID mask captivity isn't sitting well with everyone.

A video circulating on social media shows a man wearing a vented mask wielding a canister of pepper spray inside a Costco. In the video, the masked man stands pointing pepper spray just inches away from an employee's face. Then without warning, he lunges forward to shove the employee, then jumps back and shouts, "Stay away! You're threatening my life!"

At this point, a second employee, presumably a manager, intervenes. The unhinged masker now points the pepper spray at the second employee and also tells him to "stay away."

When the second employee complies and takes a step back, the masker says, "Thank you. Now tell that to this a**hole" and gestures to the first employee.

"You can't be threatening people in here with pepper spray, okay? Do you understand that? You cannot threaten people in here with pepper spray," the employee says calmly.

"I can! You're not a cop. You're not a lawyer," insists the masker, before stalking away.

Several viewers on Twitter were quick to point out that the exhale valve in the man's mask makes him just as big a threat to those around him as not wearing a mask because valved masks only protect the wearer.

Biden supporters are melting down over Joe Manchin tanking Neera Tanden's nomination over her 'toxic' tweets

Supporters of President Joe Biden took to social media to express their outrage after Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) said that he would vote against the nomination of Neera Tanden to the head of the Office of Management and Budget.

Manchin said that Tanden's toxic tweeting against Republicans and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) convinced him that she was not the right person for the job.

"I believe her overtly partisan statements will have a toxic and detrimental impact on the important working relationship between members of Congress and the next director of the Office of Management and Budget," he explained. "For this reason, I cannot support her nomination."

Some on the left were outraged at Manchin for the vote that will likely tank the nomination in the Senate, and many accused him of racism and sexism.

"I think #manchin has issues with strong, smart, independent, say what they want to women of color. Last month @VP didn't pay him the proper homage. This month @neeratanden's tweets are too much. Seeing a pattern?" said journalist Sophia Nelson.

"Manchin's constituents are unaware of Neera's tweets or that she exists. He'ss making her famous in WV so they will know he is putting a woman of color in her place, after another women of color -- our Vice President -- stepped out of what he thinks is 'her place'in WV recently," said Cheri Jacobus, a NeverTrump activist.

"He is using sexism and racism as a weapon," she added in a second tweet.

"Let's call a spade a spade: The senator has decided to hold an immensely qualified woman of color to an unfair double standard," said another critic.

"This is straight-up misogyny. Is @Sen_JoeManchin aware that this is the 21st century?" said author Greg Olear.

Tanden has also taken harsh criticism from her own side, especially from far-left progressives who see her as too aligned with the centrist Democratic establishment. Many happily endorsed the decision by Manchin to undo her nomination.

Republicans control 50 of the votes in the Senate so one vote from a Democrat will almost certainly doom Tanden's nomination, unless Democrats are able to pick up at least one vote from a Republican.

Tanden had previously apologized for her past remarks during her confirmation hearings before the Senate Homeland Security Committee, and promised to work in a "bipartisan and nonpartisan manner."

'Let 'em die': Prominent doctor says maskless Floridians in viral grocery store video should be denied COVID-19 vaccines

A video recorded inside a grocery store in Naples, Florida, has reignited the face mask debate. The viral video shows maskless shoppers and employees at the Oakes Farms Seed to Table Market. One prominent doctor reacted to the polarizing video by saying "let 'em die" about the maskless Americans in the grocery store.

On Wednesday afternoon, NBC News correspondent Sam Brock shared the video on Twitter with the caption: "As #Flordia fights community spread of COVID on a massive scale, this is a 15-second snapshot of a supermarket in Naples. Many employees and customers — even older ones — with no masks on inside. Store sign outside cites 'medical exemptions,' we can't ask questions."

The tweet was retweeted more than 8,000 times and the video has more than 2 million views.

The video also caught the attention of Cleavon Gilman, an emergency room physician who is "fighting for social justice and humanity." The official White House Twitter account thanked Gilman in December, saying, "You have a partner in the Biden-Harris administration."

Gilman went on a Twitter rant about the maskless Floridians seen at the Naples grocery store. Gilman has since deleted the tweets.

"Let'em die. I'm so tired of these people. No vaccines for y'all," Gilman wrote on Twitter to his 153,000 followers.

In Gilman's Twitter thread about the Naples supermarket video, he also wrote, "I'm working in the COVID ICU tonight! I'm so tired of giving 200% while others in the U.S. can't even help by simply wearing a mask!"

Gilman claimed, "Republicans trying to take my words out of context as if I deny medical care to people that don't wear masks & 'let 'em die.'

"My point is that we can't waste our energy on these COVID deniers.. they are not gonna protect themselves so let 'em die," the doctor tweeted then deleted. "They'll find out the hard way."

Gilman alleged that he treats "every patient that comes through the door the same."

In November, Gilman tweeted, "Just as active alcoholics with terminal liver disease are REFUSED liver transplants... People who don't follow preventative public health measures against COVID19 should be the LAST to get hospital beds."

On Thursday morning, Brock appeared on NBC's "Today," where he called the Oakes Farms Seed to Table Market grocery store a "stunning representation of COVID neglect."

The store is located in Collier County, which has a mask mandate requiring face coverings to be worn in public until April 13.

The Oakes Farms store does require masks to be worn, but a sign outside the store states, "If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, you are exempt."

"We cannot legally ask you about your medical condition," the sign says, according to Brock.

Brock interviewed Alfie Oakes, the owner of Oakes Farms, who doesn't believe that face masks stop the spread of the coronavirus.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that people wear masks in public settings, at events and gatherings, and anywhere they will be around other people.

Hollywood elitists lose their minds after Trump's election morning speech: 'Staging a coup'

Hysterical celebrities flocked to Twitter in the wee hours of Wednesday morning after President Donald Trump told supporters and members of the press that he believed he had won the 2020 presidential election.

In his remarks, Trump also promised to go to the Supreme Court in order to stop counting ballots.

What are the details?

Comedienne Kathy Griffin wordlessly shared the now-infamous photo of her holding the likeness of a decapitated Trump head.

Actor Josh Gad accused the president of "staging a coup."

Actor Jeffrey Wright wrote, "Donald Trump came out at 2:30 AM to remind America — from the WH — that he's the biggest criminal a**hole you know."

Hysterical-sounding actress Sophia Bush wrote, "We have sent troops to other nations to stop dictators from doing what Trump just did. This is NOT how our elections work. We WILL #CountEveryVote."

Bush's remarks came in response to the New York Times' Maggie Haberman, who wrote, "Trump has now done what @jonathanvswan reported and what Trump denied he would do — came out and said 'we did win this election' and called the current vote counting 'a fraud on our nation.' Says he will go to Supreme Court to stop counting."

Trump refers to 'coyotes' during illegal immigration segment at debate — and Twitter 'blue check marks' dazzle with their ignorance

Leftists love to call President Donald Trump names, particularly with regard to his cognitive abilities. Idiot, stupid, moron — yup, that's the leader of the free world, they say.

But during Thursday night's debate against Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, Trump apparently really stepped in it when he referred to "coyotes" — i.e., human smugglers — who illegally bring children across the U.S.-Mexico border.

Why? Well, some pretty prominent Trump-haters on Twitter lost their minds — no jokes, please — because they actually appeared to believe Trump was talking about the furry, walks-on-all-fours, looks-like-a-wolf coyotes.

Really.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste

First up is everybody's favorite scowling, skinny-armed, gun-confiscation poster boy David Hogg:

Imagine calling the immigrant parents that bring their children to the United States for a better life “Coyotes”… https://t.co/6CcCkMXuTS
— David Hogg (@David Hogg)1603418907.0

"Imagine calling the immigrant parents that bring their children to the United States for a better life 'coyotes,'" Hogg wrote. "The level of xenophobia is sickening."

His post as of Friday morning was still active — and being ratioed to death. Check it out while it's hot.

Next up is Jemele Hill, that former ESPN host posing as a sociopolitical raconteur. The Atlantic gave her a shot, if that's any indication. Anyway, Hill reacted with the following:

Coyotes, dawg?
— Jemele Hill (@Jemele Hill)1603418848.0

For real, dawg.

Or how about Dar'shun Kendrick? She's not only an attorney but also a member of the Georgia House of Representatives — and the chief deputy whip of its Democratic wing, no less. Kendrick was in total disbelief that an animal could carry a human across the border:

Did @realDonaldTrump just say 545 kids they can't find their parents for came over through "cartels and coyotes"?!… https://t.co/HxkV3pudgS
— Dar'shun Kendrick (@Dar'shun Kendrick)1603418650.0

"How the hell does a coyote bring a whole human across the border?!" she responded, dumbfounded. "Lord-----stop talking."

It's worth it to note that Kendrick didn't take kindly Friday morning to contrarians snapping back at her:

And it also may come as no surprise that Kendrick last year infamously touted a "Testicular Bill of Rights" to protest the Georgia House passing a bill banning abortions after fetal heartbeat detection. Her bill aimed to "regulate" men's bodies, for example, by banning vasectomies and forcing them to get permission from their sexual partners before getting Viagra.

Oh, there's more. Much more.

The latter three aren't the only unsharpened tools in the shed, apparently:

Tonight on blue checkmark twitter, they don’t know what coyotes are. (This isn’t even half of all I found 🥴) https://t.co/Jsh57jSBb1
— Sophia Narwitz (@Sophia Narwitz)1603434178.0

Omri Ceren, national security adviser for Republican U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (Texas), had the following to say in response to Hill's unfortunate query:

"It's not the lack of knowledge," he wrote, "it's the confidence in that lack of knowledge."

Indeed, it would appear that members of the left for so long and so often have told themselves they're so much smarter than those rubes from flyover country that they've ended up utterly convinced of that narrative — to the point of collective ignorance in regard to uncomplicated, easily accessible truths.
