Elon Musk says young kids who believe in Santa cannot grasp the idea of 'gender'

Elon Musk, who has been decrying the practice of performing gender-transition measures on children, said in a tweet on Friday that young children who believe in Santa Claus are not capable of comprehending the idea of "gender."

Musk had previously shared a meme that features a pregnant woman asking a physician whether her child is a boy or a girl, to which the doctor replies, "We'll let the kindergarten teacher decide."

Someone replied to Musk's post by sharing a meme that features a photo of a child and text that reads, "YOU'RE TELLING ME I CAN'T PICK MY BEDTIME BUT I CAN PICK MY GENDER?"

Musk responded, "Kids who are so young they think Santa is literally true obviously cannot understand the concept of 'gender.'"

Musk has previously indicated that he will lobby to criminalize the performance of gender-transition measures on kids who are younger than the age of consent.

"This is a major problem. I will be actively lobbying to criminalize making severe, irreversible changes to children below the age of consent. Shame on those who advocate this! It is utterly contemptible," he declared.

Musk has also noted that "'gender-affirming care for minors' is pure evil."

The term "gender-affirming care" refers to measures such as puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries that do precisely the opposite of affirming an individual's immutable biological sex.

Musk, who has been outspoken in opposing gender transitions for children, has also weighed in on the new federal indictment of former President Donald Trump. Trump announced on Thursday that his attorneys had been notified that he had been indicted. Trump also said he had been summoned to appear at a federal courthouse on Tuesday.

"There does seem to be far higher interest in pursuing Trump compared to other people in politics. Very important that the justice system rebut what appears to be differential enforcement or they will lose public trust," Musk tweeted on Thursday.

"Almost everyone would agree that no one is above the law, but it must be applied equally. Differential pursuit of justice undermines public faith in the system," he tweeted on Friday.

Far-left novelist Stephen King gets hilariously mocked on Twitter for implying men can't get pregnant

Iconic horror novelist and avowed left-winger Stephen King has been getting a serious spanking on Twitter after implying that men can't get pregnant.

King — obviously amid a ghastly mistake or misspoken thought — posted the following Thursday:

“It has been said before, but it bears repeating: if men could get pregnant, abortion would be a sacrament.”
— Stephen King (@Stephen King) 1681423405

"It has been said before, but it bears repeating: if men could get pregnant, abortion would be a sacrament," King wrote.

Eagle-eyed Twitter users were all over the author's sociopolitical gaffe — as in, what does he mean "if"? As we all know by now, the New Gender Gospel of the Left declares that men can be women, women can be men — and despite not having female reproductive body parts, men most definitely can become pregnant. A doctor testified on Capitol Hill that they can.

Clearly, King wasn't thinking things through.

How are folks reacting?

A good number of commenters recognized that King apparently forgot himself — as surely he can't mean in all seriousness that men can't get pregnant. That would get him canceled in a heartbeat.

Here but a few of those reactions:

Anything else?

King's leftism has been on full display for some time now. For instance, after he seemed to speak out against fellow author J.K. Rowling's remarks about transgenderism in 2020 — tweeting that "Trans women are women" — Rowling deleted a tweet praising King. He also was forced to walk back a dishonest accusation against Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis last July.

Two House Democrats call for Sen. Dianne Feinstein to resign

Two House Democrats have publicly called for Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California to resign from office well over a year before her term is scheduled to end.

"It's time for @SenFeinstein to resign. We need to put the country ahead of personal loyalty. While she has had a lifetime of public service, it is obvious she can no longer fulfill her duties. Not speaking out undermines our credibility as elected representatives of the people," Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna of California tweeted on Wednesday.

Feinstein, who has been out of the Senate since contracting shingles earlier this year, sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee — her absence changes the Democrats' 10-9 majority on the body to a 9-9 tie with Republicans.

"We have a crisis in the judiciary with extremist judges stripping away women's rights. You can’t preach on television about the danger of these judges and then sit silently as Senator Feinstein misses vote after vote to confirm pro-choice judges," Khanna declared in a message NBC News. "It’s time for California officials who care deeply about reproductive rights to call on her to step down at this moment in history."

Democratic Rep. Dean Phillips of Minnesota publicly agreed with Khanna's tweet.

"I agree with @RoKhanna. Senator Feinstein is a remarkable American whose contributions to our country are immeasurable. But I believe it’s now a dereliction of duty to remain in the Senate and a dereliction of duty for those who agree to remain quiet," he wrote.

Feinstein noted in a statement in March that she had been diagnosed with shingles in February and was undergoing treatment. A bit later in March, she tweeted, "I want to thank everyone for the well wishes and the hospital staff for providing excellent care. I'm recovering at home now while I continue receiving treatment and look forward to returning to the Senate as soon as possible."

In a statement on Wednesday, Feinstein said that she plans to return to Washington as soon as it is deemed safe for her to travel.

"When I was first diagnosed with shingles, I expected to return by the end of the March work period. Unfortunately, my return to Washington has been delayed due to continued complications related to my diagnosis," Feinstein said the statement.

"I intend to return as soon as possible once my medical team advises that it's safe for me to travel. In the meantime, I remain committed to the job and will continue to work from home in San Francisco," she noted. "I understand that my absence could delay the important work of the Judiciary Committee, so I've asked Leader Schumer to ask the Senate to allow another Democratic senator to temporarily serve until I'm able to resume my committee work."

Feinstein, who will turn 90 years old in June, announced in February that she will not seek re-election in 2024. "I am announcing today I will not run for reelection in 2024 but intend to accomplish as much for California as I can through the end of next year when my term ends," she said in a statement at the time.

Democratic Reps. Katie Porter, Barbara Lee, and Adam Schiff of California have all announced bids for Feinstein's Senate seat. Khanna has backed Lee for the slot.

'They're always watching': Analyst Stephen A Smith warns suspended player that NBA has FBI connections

Popular reporter and analyst Stephen A. Smith warned NBA All-Star Ja Morant, who was recently suspended for showing a gun in a social media post, that the NBA has connections with the FBI.

Morant will sit at least two games for showing off a firearm in a very short video clip, allegedly filmed while he was in a night club, posted to his social media.

"I take full responsibility for my actions... I'm going to take some time away to get help," Morant said in a statement.

Fox News reports that Smith, the long-time basketball critic, is warning Morant to be conscious of his actions and the company he keeps. Drawing comparisons to former player Allen Iverson, who was jailed at 17 years old before having an outstanding professional career, Smith cautioned the Memphis Grizzlies player about the NBA's connections that allow the league to monitor his activities.

"You are a superstar. You are 23 years old. You got a deal that kicks in next year that could exceed $231 million over the next five years and on this show on national television there’s you associated with police," Smith said.

"Think about that for a second and then ask yourself, ‘Is it really, really worth it?’ You know the answer to that, bro. It’s not worth it," he added.

Morant's contract is currently valued at $192,850,000, according to Boardroom.tv, with an annual salary of $38,570,000. His contract could increase in value to a maximum of $231,000,000 if the player meets certain benchmarks.

"You’re a superstar basketball player. You represent your organization, you represent your family, you represent your city, you got to be mindful of all of that. It’s never off. And so many times we don’t tell these players this," Smith continued.

"The NBA has off-duty police officers. They got connections with the FBI. They got connections with everybody. The NBA knows what you’re doing. They know who you’re doing it with. They know where you are. They know how you’re conducting yourself at all times," the analyst commented, before warning, "[D]on't think they're not watching. They're always watching."

“and to Tee Morant…nothing but love, but you are his DADDY, not his friend.

You can be his friend, but you are also his father.”
