'We have ratio'd the president': Official account for 'The Sopranos' trolls President Biden over refusal to withdraw

The official page for the hit show "The Sopranos" mocked President Biden for not dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.

The page, which only posts comments using scenes and quotes from the series, was responding to the president's public statement that he would not be giving up his nomination in the federal election despite calls for him to do so following a poor debate performance.

"Let me say this as clearly as I can: I'm the sitting President of the United States. I'm the nominee of the Democratic party. I'm staying in the race," the president's account wrote.

The crime drama show responded to Biden's comments by posting a picture of lead character Tony Soprano, who was played by James Gandolfini, saying, "If you gotta keep saying you're the boss, you're not the boss."

The post garnered over 10 million views, causing "The Sopranos" page to throw out another jab at the POTUS.

"We have ratio'd the president," the account added, referring to when a post on the platform receives more replies than it does likes.

There were near limitless replies from readers who were on board with the mockery:

"The person who came up with the idea behind this post deserves a raise," wrote an attorney.

"Tweet of the year stuff here," said a novelist.

The sentiment lined up with recent commentary from Drea de Matteo, who played character Adriana on "The Sopranos." She explained that her political views were not exactly welcomed in Hollywood.

"There are a lot of quiet Trump supporters [in Hollywood], there are a lot of [Robert F. Kennedy Jr.] supporters," she said. "I wonder how much these actors got paid to endorse Biden at this point. I am curious. I wonder if De Niro got paid a location fee because he traveled to the courtroom to do that."

"Even though we were critically acclaimed, we still were outcasts," the actress said of the show. "So I'm still an outcast; here I am. They're going to take me out into the woods and shoot me for not endorsing Biden," she added.

Other notable left-wing Hollywood personalities have called for President Biden to drop out. This included author Stephen King, an adamant Democrat and vocal anti-Trumper, who said it was time for Biden to step out of the race:

"Joe Biden has been a fine president, but it's time for him—in the interests of the America he so clearly loves—to announce he will not run for re-election."

Agency mogul and WME chief Ari Emanuel also said the president is too old.

"I had a father who died at 92, but at 81 I took away his car, and it was a very simple test for me," Emanuel said, per the Hollywood Reporter. "If you were driving from downtown Beverly Hills to Malibu, would you want Biden to do it at night? Would you want Trump to do it at night? If the answer is neither, you cannot have them running a $27 trillion company called the United States."

'Sopranos' actress Drea de Matteo tells Megyn Kelly she regrets Biden vote: 'I've always loved Trump!'

Veteran actress Drea de Matteo recently appeared on an episode of "The Megyn Kelly Show" and expressed opinions so controversial in some Hollywood circles that she claimed her appearance was her "coming-out party."

Among the topics de Matteo and host Megyn Kelly mentioned were vaccines, the "deep state," and the contentious 2020 presidential election. Amid the hysteria regarding COVID and the race riots at that time, de Matteo admitted that she voted for Biden as "the lesser of two evils," a decision she now says she regrets.

"I got swept up in the emotion of it all," she told Kelly.

"I wasn't paying close enough attention to understand what was really happening," she continued. "... We all took a nap. We were all sleeping. I was definitely sleeping. I don't know what I was focused on."

With another presidential election just around the corner, de Matteo is now weighing whether to vote for Trump or RFK Jr. The actress claims she has a fondness for the Kennedy dynasty and admires RFK Jr.'s temperament, whereas she respects Trump's "anti-globalism" and "how crass he is."

"I'm a New Yorker, so I've always loved Trump!" she stated.

Because the two men seem to have such complementary skillsets, de Matteo claimed that she would love to have them "together" on the same ticket. "I feel like Kennedy could be a great voice where Trump loses it, and then Trump is good muscle," she explained.

De Matteo also opened up about the noxious culture in Hollywood and the hypocrisy of many its high-profile stars.

"They're supposed to be hippies, the people that really do care about equality and inclusivity," she said. "Then all of a sudden, they are the ones shutting everything down, shutting everyone out, condemning freedom of speech, condemning everything!"

"A lot of this stuff is just so wrong, but I guess a lot of people aren't digging deep enough to research what's really happening," she later said.

Though de Matteo, 52, has been a familiar face on the big and small screens for nearly three decades, she is probably best known for her role as Adriana La Cerva on the legendary HBO drama "The Sopranos," which earned her an Emmy.

In fact, Kelly even joked that Adriana would definitely have voted for Trump — if she hadn't been killed off the show. De Matteo nodded in agreement: "From the grave!"

In addition to "The Sopranos," de Matteo also made regular appearances on other popular shows such as "Sons of Anarchy" and "Desperate Housewives."

Italian-American Organizations Give Sopranos-Like Response To Candidate Being Called ‘Godfather Of Border Crisis’

‘As Italian Americans and Italian American organizations, we condemn this anti-Italian attack,’ the statement said

Group calling themselves 'the Sopranos' busted for alleged massive theft ring started to support their drug addictions. One even has 'styles Soprano' tattooed on his forehead.

A group of 11 men and women ages 21 to 42 in Denver have been arrested and accused of enterprising to commit dozens of thefts and other crimes for the purpose of supporting their drug addictions.

The alleged organized crime ring, which allegedly livestreamed some of their crimes on Facebook, identify themselves as "the Sopranos." One of the members even has the phrase "styles Soprano" tattooed on his forehead.

In a news release issued Friday, the office of Denver District Attorney Beth McCann announced that the group had been charged on a whopping 91 counts for a litany of crimes, including aggravated motor vehicle theft, identity theft, illegal possession of a weapon, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

The attorney's office added that they are "accused of stealing more than $950,000 in motor vehicles, firearms, tools, financial transaction devices, and other items to maintain their lifestyles and support their drug habits," which included addictions to fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamines.

According to prosecutors, the group would routinely conduct reconnaissance to identify potential vehicle targets and then would work in teams of two to steal the vehicle. One member would "break the driver's side door lock, then break the ignition lock and start the vehicle using a screwdriver" while "the other team member acted as look-out and get-away driver."

They also stole credit cards from vehicles to quickly purchase "gift cards, tools, and other property" before the cards were canceled by the owner, authorities said.

The group also allegedly used Facebook and other social media platforms to coordinate criminal activity, elude capture by police, arrange for the sale of allegedly stolen goods, and even brag about their criminal prowess. Sometimes members would even livestream their crimes on Facebook where other members would then offer real-time encouragement.

But it was their cocky use of Facebook that, in part, led to their downfall. According to KCNC-TV, investigators used the Facebook conversations as well as DNA evidence to identify and track the suspects.

Those arrested are listed as follows: Timothy James Boles, 27; Daniel Holman, 42; Richardlee Martin Oritz, 28; Lanea Dawn Rodriquez, 23; Guillermo Jesus Hernandez, 21; Danea Lynn Holman, 39; Daysha Ann Holman, 22; Elisha Monique Marquez, 30; Rachel Christine Montour, 22; Sierra Sandoval, 22; and Ariel Sosa, 21.
