Parents sound off after transvestite student with 'hit list' allegedly bashed open Pennsylvania girl's head

A teen transvestite with an apparent history of violence will likely face several charges over a savage, unprovoked attack that sent a 12-year-old girl to the hospital with head trauma Wednesday in North Wales, Pennsylvania.

The attack, which was caught on video, took place at 1:20 p.m. in the cafeteria at Pennbrook Middle School.

According to Upper Gwynedd Police Chief David Duffy, video of the incident in Montgomery County "depicts a sudden, violent, unprovoked assault with the assailant coming from behind the victim," reported WPVI-TV.

The video apparently shows the attacker brutally hammer the victim over the head with a Stanley cup, then smash her face repeatedly against the table. A security guard reportedly had to pry the attacker off his bloodied victim, who was subsequently shielded by a teacher.

Duffy told North Penn Now that the 12-year-old victim required staples to close her head wound and was placed in a concussion protocol.

Police have indicated the teen will likely face numerous charges including felony 1 aggravated assault.

Pennbrook principal Nick Taylor informed parents in an email that "school security and school staff were on hand and quickly responded, and are to be commended for their swift actions." Taylor noted further that police and medical responders were quickly dispatched to the scene.

On Thursday, concerned parents and community members packed a North Penn School District meeting, demanding answers and questioning the narrative that has been seeded to the media. The district appeared keen to dodge parents' questions about the incident.

"This was avoidable, and the district truly failed to protect the students at Pennbrook," said one parent. "What are we supposed to say to our children after this? How do I send him back to school?"

Another parent indicated that there were clear signs school administrators understood in advance the threat posed by the alleged attacker, granted they apparently escorted him around the premises over safety concerns.

"It's unreal. It don't make sense. And it will make sense later because somebody had to let this child come to the school ... knowing their background, knowing everything about this child," said a dad whose child was supposedly on the attacker's "hit list."

A young student named Emily testified at the NPSD meeting that she and others warned school employees that the transvestite student was planning an attack.

"Wednesday morning, I went to the guidance counselor and told her, since I was second on the hit list, knowing that there was something going to happen," said Emily, "because there was a girl she was targeting every day at lunch. And they would go to the counselor and tell them every day that this is going to happen."

According to Emily, the school official to whom she had expressed her concerns reassured her that nothing was going to happen. The transvestite student, who apparently referred to himself as "Melanie," was apparently keen to prove the school employee wrong.

Emily indicated that she and two others warned school officials on the day of the attack that they anticipated something bad was going to happen. Afterward, Emily said she was told, "'Watch your back. He is going to come for you and this other girl at lunch.'"

Emily was in the cafeteria just feet away from the attack when it occurred.

"I just hear all this screaming and everybody running, and I see Mel running in after somebody," Emily recalled. "This girl who got attacked didn't see it [coming] because she was faced backwards, and all of sudden you just hear these terrible, like, loud bangs of the Stanley bouncing off her head. And then you see Mel grabbing her hair and hitting her against the table and just repeatedly hitting her with the Stanley."

"There was blood going everywhere," said Emily, noting she was at a neighboring table. "All you see is blood everywhere. ... We had to sit in there and watch them clean up the blood off those tables and ground, and we had to watch them take her out with blood dripping down her face."

Stephanie Palovcak, a parent who spoke at the meeting and had received a distressed call from her daughter amid the chaos Wednesday, took issue with principal Taylor's suggestion that the incident had been a fight. "This isn't a fight," said the mother. "This is an assault."

Palovcak also emphasized that the school had failed to act on repeated warnings from students and parents alike.

"There were multiple parents who reached out about this child making threats," said Palovcak, referencing the hit list.

Some parents indicated that the alleged attacker had been expelled from another district middle school over violence and inappropriate behavior. However, North Penn superintendent Todd Bauer claimed the assertion the student was expelled from another NPSD middle school for violent in-school behavior and transferred was false.

Stefan Ross, another parent, indicated his son went to the transvestite's previous school and was left with the distinct impression the transvestite had violent tendencies. Ross noted an incident off school grounds where "the person came out from the trees and brandished a knife on my son and his friend."

Parents indicated that the alleged attacker's first day at the school was Monday.

Some community members expressed outrage that in the wake of the attack, media reports neglected to mention the attacker was a biological male.

"How come none of the articles said it was a boy attacking a girl? How come half the people kept switching between 'he' and 'she,'" said one impassioned father. "I've got nothing against any type of community, but what is right is right and what is fair is fair, and that's not cool. If this kid was protected simply because they were trans and not because of any other reason, that's not cool. They have a violent past."

Police foil transvestite teen's alleged plot to shoot up a school in Maryland: 'Little kids make easier targets'

Police arrested a transgender-identifying high school student in Maryland who was allegedly plotting to execute a mass murder, possibly at an elementary school.

According to the Montgomery County Department of Police, Andrea Ye of Rockville, a biological female who refers to herself as a male and prefers to be called Alex, penned a 129-page "manifesto" about committing a school shooting, detailing how she intended to carry out the evil act.

The charging documents reveal some of the monstrous admissions Ye allegedly put to paper. For instance, she allegedly wrote, "I want to shoot up my school. I've been preparing for it for the past few months. As I sit in front of my dad's gun case and stare at the sleek, black gun inside, all I can think about is my finger on the trigger, taking aim, and killing people. ... This gun is going to change lives tomorrow."

On another page of the "manifesto," the charging document indicated Ye wrote, "As I walk through the hallways, I cherry pick the classrooms that are the easiest targets."

Elsewhere, Ye — whose preferred pronouns mainstream news outlets have dutifully used — is said to have written, "I have also considered shooting up my former elementary school because little kids make easier targets."

WRC-TV indicated that officials were initially tipped off about the threat by someone who met Ye at a psychiatric facility. According to charging documents, Ye has undergone mental health treatment for years.

The MCPD was notified of the transvestite's manifesto by the FBI and subsequently investigated the matter in concert with the FBI Baltimore Field Office.

After obtaining a search warrant, the MCPD found internet searches, drawings, and documents "related to threats of mass violence." Ye allegedly contemplated targeting Lakewood Elementary School and said "that [she] wants to be famous."

Ye has been charged with threats of mass violence and is being held at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit while awaiting her bond hearing.

Had officials not intervened, Ye may have continued the pattern of horrific attacks executed by radical transvestites, which includes the Sept. 20, 2018, mass shooting outside a Rite Aid distribution center in Aberdeen, Maryland; the 2019 STEM School Highlands Ranch mass shooting in Colorado; the November 2022 massacre at a LGBT club in Colorado Springs; the massacre of children at a Christian elementary school in Nashville in March 2023; and the mass school shooting in Perry, Iowa, in January.

There have also been other foiled attempts of blood-lettings that would have otherwise conformed to this pattern. For instance, a Nazi-supporting transvestite in Oregon was arrested in January, threatening to "go out in a blaze of glory."

Trans-identifying suspects' share of mass public shootings nationwide over the 2018-2023 period is reportedly well over seven times their share of the population.

Thomas Sprigg Wootton High School in Rockville, part of the Montgomery County Public Schools system, appears to have been Ye's prime target. WRC indicated a map of the school was found in her manifesto.

Police specifically noted the high school when discussing their efforts to coordinate increased security with the MCPS.

The MCPS confirmed in a statement obtained by WTTG-TV that Ye is enrolled at the high school but has not physically attended an MCPS school since the fall of 2022, reported WTTG-TV. She has apparently been taking lessons via the district's Online Pathways to Graduation virtual program.

"The charges are extremely serious, involving alleged threats to harm others," said the MCPS. "We value and appreciate the close collaboration between MCPS and MCPD in this matter, which is an example of our shared commitment to identify and address potential threats with due process before they materialize."

The MCPS noted further it cannot share additional information on account of student privacy law.

The Left Keeps Parents Like The Nashville Shooter’s From Helping Their Anguished Kids

The parents of last week’s Nashville school shooter may have felt helpless to get their daughter the kind of help she needed, thanks to leftist demands.

Major media figures claim that Josh Hawley is ‘transphobic’ because he thinks men can’t get pregnant

Multiple prominent media figures took the side of Berkeley law professor Khiara Bridges, who accused Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) of being "transphobic" because he does not believe that men can get pregnant in a viral clip on Tuesday.

During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the impact of overturning Roe v. Wade, Bridges repeatedly used the torturous phrase "people with a capacity for pregnancy" as a gender-neutral substitute for "women." When Hawley called her out on it, highlighting the absurdity of erasing the word "women" from a discussion on abortion rights, Bridges told him that his "line of questioning is transphobic."

Bridges said Hawley was "denying that trans people exist" and opening them up to violence because he would not recognize "that men can get pregnant."

Some supposedly objective media outlets revealed which side they took in their coverage of the back-and-forth.

The Washington Post said Hawley "refused to acknowledge that some transgender men can get pregnant," which is inaccurate. Hawley never said that "transgender men" can't get pregnant — his position is that "transgender men" are women, because women are the only people who can get pregnant.

“This @washingtonpost news story hits @HawleyMO for “refusing to acknowledge” men can get pregnant

We need a total and complete shutdown of WaPo until we figure out what is going on”
— Brent Scher (@Brent Scher) 1657677316

Most mainstream news headlines reported that Hawley was "called" or "accused" of asking "transphobic" questions, framing the story more neutrally. But a CNN video used the headline, "Hawley called out for 'transphobic' questions," which adopted the left's view of the exchange.

The U.K. Independent had more direct bias, writing that Bidges "rebuked" Hawley for his "transphobic" questions.

"In a series of extraordinary testimony to a Senate committee on the future of abortion in the US after the dissolve of Roe v Wade, an abortion rights advocate and law professor issued a sharp rebuke to Republican Senator Josh Hawley, who appeared to dismiss that transgender people could become pregnant," the Independent reported.

Meanwhile, progressive media declared unambiguous victory for Bridges over Hawley, who they insisted "got owned."

Salon and HuffPo each ran headlines that insisted the Missouri Republican was "schooled." Jezebel published a video titled, "Berkeley Law Professor Eviscerates Sen. Josh Hawley at Post-Roe Hearing." Heartland Signal said Hawley was "put in place" by Bridges.

Vox wrote that Hawley used "transphobic rhetoric to rile up the GOP's base" and sided with Bridges' contested claim that Hawley's language equates to violence.

"Bridges’s concerns reflect the fact that lawmakers’ political attacks on trans people — including denying their existence, and using legislation to limit their freedom of movement, access to activities, and availability of health care — have coincided with an increase in physical violence," Li Zhou wrote for Vox. "According to a 2021 Time report, anti-trans violence has surged in the wake of an increase in legislation targeting trans people. A 2021 UCLA report also found that trans people, particularly Black and brown trans people, were significantly more likely to be victims of violent crime than cis people."

Progressives on Twitter also praised Bridges and mocked Hawley.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) said Hawley "feigned shock at the recognition that he incites violence."

“Thank you for your service, Professor Bridges👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Also lol @ Hawley’s feigned shock at the recognition that he incites violence. "KA-BLOW" tweeted Imani Gandy, the senior editor of law and policy for Rewire News Group, after Bridges declared Hawley was denying transgender people exist because he doesn't think men can get pregnant.

“Hawley: Are you saying I'm transphobic.

Bridges: your line of questioning is. Denying their existence leads to violence.

Hawley: I'm not denying they exist.

Bridges: Do you believe men can get pregnant?

Hawley: No.

Bridges: Then you're denying they exist.

KA-BLOW”

Many others ridiculed Hawley for his supposed embarrassment by a professor who thinks men can be women and women can be men, rendering the distinctions between the two sexes meaningless.

But Stephen Porter, the assistant editor for USA Today Opinion, urged progressives, "Don't feign ignorance about Sen. Josh Hawley's 'questions.'"

"He was making a statement. His claim? That trans men & nonbinary people who can get pregnant are ~actually~ women. He's asserting that their reproductive organs define their gender," Porter tweeted.

"That's literally ✨transphobic✨," he said.

— Steven Porter (@Steven Porter) 1657688124

In a lengthy thread, Porter went on to say that Hawley "derives some inhumane political benefit" from making "transphobic comments." He demanded that people "sympathetic to Hawley's message" but who don't want to be labeled transphobic "show us what you think it means to treat transgender people with kindness, dignity & respect."

“Maybe you object to the “orthodoxy” of trans-inclusive language. Then show us how to speak thoughtfully about reproductive health care for people who have the capacity to get pregnant & don’t identify as women. Show us a better way.”

Responding to the hysterics Wednesday morning, Hawley told Fox News that Democrats "have lost their minds."

"The Democrats have become such extremists. Now their official line is men can get pregnant — and if you disagree, you’re violent," Hawley said. "They have lost their minds and the whole country can see it."
