Parler claims it repeatedly warned FBI about violent threats to the Capitol well ahead of Jan. 6

Conservative social media platform Parler established a working relationship with the FBI in November and over the following weeks and months repeatedly alerted the agency to violent threats being planned on the platform, including violence at the U.S. Capitol, the company claimed Thursday.

What are the details?

In a letter sent to Democratic Rep. Carolyn B. Maloney (N.Y.), chairwoman of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform Chairwoman, Parler forcefully "set the record straight" about claims that it didn't do enough to police content ahead of the deadly Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.

In the aftermath of the riot, the pro-free speech company was targeted and effectively de-platformed by Big Tech monopolies for allegedly failing to crack down on violent rhetoric. Within days of the attack, Parler was removed by Apple and Google from their respective app stores and then later removed by Amazon Web Services from its servers.

However, the company says those actions were disingenuous. It claimed in the letter — offering proof in the form of email screenshots — that it "took the extraordinary initiative to develop formal lines of communication with the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") to facilitate proactive cooperation and referrals of violent threats and incitement to law enforcement" in the latter half of the year as the platform's user count grew substantially.

"In the days and weeks leading up to Jan. 6, Parler referred violent content from its platform to the F.B.I. for investigation over 50 times," the company said in its letter. "Parler even alerted law enforcement to specific threats of violence being planned at the Capitol."

What else?

The New York Times noted in its coverage of the news that the letter "raises fresh questions about whether the F.B.I. took seriously enough threats of violence made ahead of Jan. 6." The outlet reached out to the FBI for comment regarding the revelations from Parler, but has not yet received a response.

In the letter, Parler included several specific examples of alerts it sent to the bureau ahead of the riot at the Capitol. Here is a portion of the letter recalling some of the instances:

In December 2020, Parler also began to alert the FBI about alarming content that included specific threats of organized violence at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. For example, on December 24, Parler forwarded a post to the FBI from a user who called for the congregation of an armed force of 150,000 on the Virginia side of the Potomac River to "react to the congressional events of January 6th." Later that same day, Parler forwarded another unlawful post to the FBI in which a user stated that he was trying to "find some guys that are planning on lighting up Antifa in Wa[shington, D.C.] on the 6th" because he wanted to "start eliminating people."

A few days later on January 2, 2021, Parler forwarded the FBI a series of posts by a user claiming that he would be wearing body armor and stating that the planned event in Washington, D.C. on January 6th "is not a rally and it's no longer a protest. This is the final stand where we are drawing the red line at Capitol Hill. I trust the American people will take back the USA with force and many are ready to die to take back #USA so remember this is not a party until they announce #Trump2020 a winner. . . . And don't be surprised if we take the #capital [sic] building . . . ." Parler included another post in this referral to the FBI in which the user made clear that armed people would be at the Capitol on January 6, 2021 and noted that an insurrection would be necessary because "Trump needs us to cause chaos to enact the #insurrectionact."

The company noted that the above examples represent "only a fraction" of the posts that it sent to the FBI for review in the days leading up to Jan. 6.

VIDEO: Huge rallies in DC to show support for Trump after COVID-19 diagnosis; BLM protesters clash at 'WalkAway' event

Supporters of President Donald Trump flooded the streets of Washington, D.C., on Saturday. There were multiple pro-Trump rallies in and near the nation's capital, including outside the medical center where the president is recuperating from coronavirus. There was also a clash between Black Lives Matter protesters and Trump supporters.

Soon after Trump's COVID-19 diagnosis, supporters of the president began appearing outside the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, where the commander in chief was admitted for precautionary care. On Saturday, crowds of people wearing MAGA hats and waving American flags lined the street outside Walter Reed. There was a prayer rally held for President Trump outside the medical facility.

There was also an "Unsilent Majority" march organized by the #WalkAway Foundation, a campaign that "encourages and supports those on the Left to walk away from the divisive tenets endorsed and mandated by the Democratic Party of today."

"Wow. Washington DC. You don't see this everyday. A TON of Trump supporters," noted Henry Rodgers, senior congressional correspondent for the Daily Caller.

There were Black Lives Matter counter-protesters who clashed with the pro-Trump supporters. At one point, there was a physical altercation where U.S. Park Police officers are seen on video shoving people and wrestling one person on the ground.

Earlier on Saturday, the official D.C. chapter of Black Lives Matter issued a warning to its supporters to "blur faces before posting" photos.

"If you are protesting the MAGA and white supremacist downtown in #DC right now: -most of them are still maskless," the official Twitter account posted. "Keep your masks on, pass out extras to your comrades - record and take pics of the police, not protestors or your comrades - blur faces before posting."

The #WalkAway Foundation is a multi-racial organization that encourages people to leave the Democratic Party.

We are walking away from the lies, the false narratives, the fake news, the race-baiting, the victim narrative, the violence, the vandalism, the vitriol. We are walking away from a party driven by hate. We are walking toward patriotism and a new, unified America! We are the future of this great nation!

In August, the WalkAway Foundation held a very large rally in Beverly Hills, California.

Police arrest woman for allegedly driving 6 children around upstate New York to rip down Trump campaign signs

Sheriff's deputies arrested a woman for allegedly driving six children around upstate New York to rip down Trump campaign signs and those of other Republicans.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said that the deputies arrested 45-year-old Deana Algarin from Schenectady for allegedly using the minors to do her bidding.

The sheriff's office said that they were called to investigate the theft of the campaign signs for President Donald Trump's re-election campaign as well as those for Rep. Elise Stefanik, a Republican representing New York's 21st congressional district. The signs were stolen from people's homes in Tribes Hill and the Town of Amsterdam.

When New York State police pulled over Algarin, officers found campaign signs in her vehicle. Investigators believe she drove around six children to steal the signs.

The woman was charged with six counts of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal possession of stolen property, and petit larceny. Police also charged her for marijuana possession and seat-belt violations.

Vandalism as political expression

Trump signs and flags have frequently been the focus of politically motivated vandalism and assault.

In a startling incident from August, a Montana family said that a vandal ripped down their Trump flags and lit them on fire in their yard. They noted that the act could have easily caught their home on fire while their four children slept inside. The man was caught on their surveillance video.

In another bizarre incident in Florida, surveillance video captured a couple driving up to a home in a golf cart with their children inside. As the children pleaded for them to stop, the couple set up a ladder, ripped down a Trump flag and drove off with it. Police later arrested two doctors that they suspected may have committed the crime.

McCloskeys make greeting cards from photo of them guarding home with guns — and hilariously give one to foul-mouthed protester

Mark and Patricia McCloskey appear to have a knack for one-upping leftists.

First, they stand in front of their St. Louis home holding guns, making a left-wing mob think twice about pulling any funny stuff after it broke into their gated neighborhood amid the George Floyd rioting in June.

A month later, St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner filed charges against the McCloskeys for unlawful use of a weapon/flourishing, saying the couple waved their weapons in a "threatening manner" at "peaceful, unarmed protesters."

Despite the charges hanging over their heads, the enterprising couple apparently had greeting cards made from one of the many images of them warding off the mob — and then Mark McCloskey graciously stuck it to a foul-mouthed protester who confronted the couple on video after they emerged from a print shop with the cards.

What are the details?

"Abolish the suburbs! You are terrorists!" the leftist woman hollers at the McCloskeys as they walk to their vehicle.

"Do you think pointing guns at protesters is nice?" the woman continues to yell. "It's fun? You think you're cool?"

"F*** you and your guns!" she adds as they enter their SUV. "F** you!"

With that, Mark McCloskey exits the vehicle and approaches the camera — and he's not holding a gun; he's holding one of the cards they created and hands it over: "Here, have a souvenir."

The woman speaking on video isn't impressed: "F*** both y'all!" The McCloskeys begin to back out of their parking space, and that's where the clip ends.

How are folks reacting?

As you might expect, more than a few Twitter commenters are backing up the McCloskeys all the way and enjoyed their greeting card idea:

  • "GOOD. They have absolutely EVERY RIGHT to defend their home and property against violent rioters," one person wrote. "Because that's what they WERE."
  • "Love it. F*** you marxists," another commenter said. "You're not going to win."
  • "Do you know if they have a website where I can buy one of their cards?" another person asked.
  • "And to think they used to be Democrats, until a bunch of worthless, terrorist traitors decided to take up space on their property," another commenter wrote. "You idiots are destroying your own party, because you are too ignorant to know any better. Thanks for the extra @realDonaldTrump votes. #Trump2020."

Vandal burns Montana family's Trump flags on their lawn, with their 4 kids sleeping inside just feet away

A family in Montana says that a man nearly set their home on fire with their four children sleeping inside when he burned their Trump 2020 flags.

Julia O'Rourke and Robert O'Rourke told MTN News that they had hung up the two large Trump 2020 flags on the same night they were vandalized.

"It's insane!" said Julia while surrounded by her four young children.

"It could burn our house down!" said one of her children.

The family says they awoke the next day to find ashes in a mound outside their home on the grass. When they checked their surveillance video, they saw the recording of a man ripping down their flags and lighting them on fire.

"It was only about 20 feet from our front porch," said Julia. "None of us knew! We woke up to a charred pile of flag in our yard, and had no idea."

The video showed a man staggering away after lighting the flags on fire.

"I felt violated," said Julia. "I felt that my kids and my life and my husbands life were in danger. It could have easily burned my house down. There was a fire burn and as close as it was to the house, it was very eerie."

Police cited a man identified as Eric Herrera with misdemeanor criminal mischief over the incident.

"Our house was built in 1907, it's old. It's never been redone, it could have went up so fast, and we never would have known," Julia added.

The Montana Republican Party took notice of the story and posted it to their official social media account.

"This Montana family had their #Trump2020 flags burned in their yard as their children slept," they tweeted.

"The liberal mob isn't just in cities across the country, it's right here in Montana and it's threatening the safety of freedom-loving Montanans," they concluded.

On Saturday, activist and At The Well Ministries founder Bevelyn Beatty poured black paint over the Black Lives Matter slogan painted on a New York City street — a mural sanctioned by far-left Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Bevelyn Beatty, a black Christian woman, wore a t-shirt that said “Jesus Matters” and repeatedly called for the refunding of the police as she poured black paint over the far-left movement’s slogan.

Beatty, and two black women who accompanied her in “Jesus Matters” t-shirts, said that it is time to take “our country back” and that “all lives matter.”

“Take our country back!” Beatty captioned the video of her actions via Instagram (see video below). “We are going to take our country back! By any means necessary! #JesusMatters #RiseUp.”

“We Are: At The Well Ministries,” she wrote, adding, “#BlackLivesMatter #BLM is a domestic terrorist organization. They don’t care about black lives. They support the killing of more than 600K Black Babies every year!”

As noted by Walt Blackman at the Arizona Capitol Times, the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute estimated some 360,000 black babies were aborted in 2011; “CDC statistics for 2011 show that 287,072 black deaths occurred from all other causes excluding abortion. By these numbers, abortion is the leading cause of death among blacks.”

The activist was arrested by officers on scene.

Ms. Beatty made headlines last month when she visited the so-called “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone” in Seattle and talked to radically left-wing protesters.

Speaking to a white female protester, Beatty said, “You want to see a bunch of black people go to jail by the next four years? Put Joe Biden in, watch what happens. You want to see black men get killed substantially like you’ve never seen before? Put Joe Biden in and watch what happens.”

The open Christian also dispelled the myth of the so-called “Big Switch” between Democrats and Republicans:

These Democrats, and I’m sorry to say this, and I’m not trying to be racist, but they hate black people. These are the same people who fought to keep slavery in; these are the same people who built the KKK; these are the same people who hated us from the beginning. The Republican Party is the party of the blacks. Black history: the Republican Party is the only party that the black people actually assisted in founding. But all of that history has been torn away. People say, “Oh, there was this big switch.”

There was never a “big switch.” The Union won because we had won in the industrial era. So we were able to get trains and get supplies back to our soldiers while the Confederates were still riding horses. They were not able to get supplies back fast enough, right?

So what happens was once slavery was abolished, the South, the people in the South, could no longer make their money from slaves, they had to move to the North to work in industry to produce. And so the people in the North that already had established themselves in the industry moved to the South. And so that’s where there was a transfer coming from the South to the North and people coming from the North to the South.
