Biden suffers another CRINGE moment as Easter Bunny directs him away from crowd

We now have the Easter Bunny directing the POTUS

President Joe Biden suffered yet another cringe-filled Biden moment during Monday’s White House Easter celebration, as the Easter Bunny stepped in to direct him away from the crowd.

Video shows President Biden discussing Afghanistan and Pakistan with the crowd before the Easter Bunny runs in to frantically get Biden’s attention, stepping in between Biden and the crowd. The crowd chuckles as the bunny leads Biden away before he's able to make any further statements.

This moment came after other blunders during the same event when he complained "they" were not going to let him read, and had to be prompted by the first lady to wave.

Video of young crying Russian soldier being fed and cared for by kind Ukrainians goes viral

Viral video captured the moment a group of compassionate Ukrainians was seen caring for a crying Russian soldier.

The soldier, who remains unnamed at the time of this reporting, appears to be a very young man.

What are the details?

Video footage obtained by Wall Street Journal reporter Matthew Luxmoore showed the unnamed soldier hungrily eating and drinking what appeared to be a pastry and tea while a young Ukrainian woman phones the young man's mother via video chat, Insider reported.

The soldier can be seen becoming emotional, and at one point, his mother can be heard saying, "Everything is fine, son. Everything is fine."

The young soldier appears overcome with emotion and is unable to say anything, but begins crying at one point during the call, fat tears pilling on his eyelashes.

An off-camera male can then be heard in Ukrainian reportedly telling the woman, whose name is apparently Natasha, "They give away their children as cannon fodder. They don't know where they are going, they just wander around. Rise, woman! You must all rise up and get Crimea up on your feet! Get people up on your feet! You see your son is alive, nothing bad will happen to him."

The young woman holding the phone for the soldier can then reportedly be heard telling the caller, "OK, Natasha, good luck, may God be with you. Everything is fine. Say goodbye ... They will get into contact with you, Natasha. He is safe and sound. They will get in touch with you later."

The young soldier can then be seen blowing a kiss to his mother while continuing to choke up.

Luxmoore shared the video to Twitter, captioning it, "Video shared on Ukrainian channels of a captured Russian soldier apparently being fed by locals. The post says he burst into tears when he was allowed to video-call his mother. So many of these troops are just teenagers, with absolutely no clue what this war is really for."

CNN chief international correspondent stops during live shot, captures viral moment desperate Ukrainians kneel in prayer amid Russian invasion

Clarissa Ward, CNN's chief international correspondent, witnessed a moving demonstration of faith on live television Thursday morning as a group of Ukrainians kneeled on the ground in prayer as Russia continued its invasion into the war-torn country.

What are the details?

Talking with CNN anchor Don Lemon, Ward — who was on the ground in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Thursday morning — witnessed the group of people praying on what appeared to be a public street amid the danger.

“I think this ... really speaks to the sort of desperation of this moment,” Ward said of the group's faithfulness. “We just see a small group of people ... have gathered in the main square, and they are kneeling and praying because right now there is clearly a sense of having no idea what is coming down the pipeline, what is in store.”

Video footage showed the group of people as Ward pointed out that the scene — though dire and desperate — was "very moving."

“It’s freezing cold here, so to see these people kneeling on the cold stone in prayer is honestly very moving,” she continued. “And I think it speaks to the state of ordinary Ukrainians here who have done absolutely nothing to deserve this.”

Ward added that Ukrainians have every reason to fall to their knees as Russia continued its deadly advance into the country, ushering in violence and uncertainty in the hours and days ahead.

“I think that’s why you’re seeing those people ... getting to their knees and praying,” she said.

CNN reporter Natasha Bertrand shared the segment on social media, tweeting, "What a moment captured by @clarissaward and her team in Kharkiv. 'A small group of people have gathered in the main square and they are kneeling and praying,' Clarissa says. 'Because right now there is truly a sense of having no idea what is coming down the pipeline.'"

DISTURBING video shows soccer star dropkick, punch his cat — and the backlash is savage

West Ham United star defender Kurt Zouma has apologized after an appalling video showing him abusing his pet cats went viral. In the video, Zouma is first seen laughing as he drop kicks one of his cats. In another scene, we see him punching a cat out of a child's arms, among other abuses.

Horrific video shows heartless thug punching baby and screaming 'Shut up': Report

The NYPD is seeking the whereabouts of a man who was caught on video assaulting a small child and reportedly screaming for it to "shut up," according to the Daily Mail.

What are the details?

An unidentified man was seen in a disturbing video punching a baby and reportedly shouting "shut up" at the child while the two were at a Manhattan-area restaurant over the weekend.

The suspect, according to reports, reportedly struck the child so hard that it fell to the ground.

The scene was said to have unfolded at the Red Star restaurant on Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. at W. 147th St. about 5:40 p.m. on Sunday, police said.

The Daily Mail reported that authorities rushed to the scene after a bystander called 911 to report that they'd seen a man punch a baby, but both the suspect and the child were nowhere to be seen by the time police arrived.

Police say that the suspect entered the eatery with the child around 5:40 p.m. local time and soon struck the child, who immediately crumpled to the ground. At that point, the suspect reportedly placed the child in a stroller and fled from the scene — with the child in tow — on foot.

Authorities are now seeking the identity of the man — who is described as a black male between the ages of 20 and 30 years old — as well as his whereabouts. Anyone with information on the suspect or the assault is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).

The public is also encouraged to submit any relevant tips online at www.NYPDCrimestoppers.com.

Viral video captures footage of roving bands of heavily armed bank robbery suspects with hostages strapped to getaway cars as 'human shields'

Viral video has captured the moment Brazilian bank robbery suspects were seen with hostages strapped to getaway vehicles, according to a report from the New York Post.

The outlet reported that the suspects also reportedly planted explosives around the city of Araçatuba early Monday morning, in order to evade responding authorities, and set fires to buses and other vehicles to serve as deterrents in responding to the crimes.

What are the details?

Video footage shows victims strapped to the roofs and hoods of at least 10 vehicle, according to the report, after at least 20 bank robbery suspects hit three banks across Araçatuba.

Three people were killed during the robberies, and at least four people were injured by gunshots in the melee.

Authorities report that one bystander lost both legs after tripping an explosion as he rode by the scene on his bicycle. The makeshift bomb was reportedly one of 14 hidden across the city, prompting authorities to urge residents to shelter in place.

Araçatuba Mayor Dilador Borges told CNN that authorities continued to seek the remaining suspects.

"It was horrific," Borges said, according to a New York Times report. "The police didn't come closer because they saw the hostages. The tragedy could have been far worse."

According to the Washington Post, such raids — "shock and awe bank heists" — are increasing in their frequency.

"The nighttime raids are intricately planned, well choreographed, and executed by well-financed groups equipped with the weaponry and gadgetry of war," the outlet reported. "Such attacks, orchestrated by what are thought to be specialized criminal groups, often follow a similar pattern. They occur at night, often in midsize cities, usually around the end or the beginning of the month, when banks are more likely to be filled with cash to pay out people waiting for public benefits."

On Monday, the Times reported that 10 suspected gunmen were in police custody and that the three victims included one suspect and two residents.

Capt. Alexandre Guedes, a military police official, told the outlet that authorities continue to investigate "whether all hostages have been released and whether any gunmen remain in Araçatuba."

What are people saying about this?

One citizen expressed concerns over the developing violence in the city.

"I'm in tears and desperate," the resident said. "Help, Lord, protect the people here. My God, it looks like a movie scene, what is happening here."

Criminologist Jânia Perla Diógenes de Aquino said that bank heists of this type are growing "increasingly sophisticated" in their planning and execution.

"It's what is customary to call among police and some journalists the 'new banditry,'" she said of the raids in a 2020 interview, according to the Washington Post's report. "With these new groups you have instead of trying to avoid a confrontation with the police, an attempt to provoke one."

Video footage captures the moment man identified as Trump supporter pulls a gun on rock-throwing Antifa rioters who vandalized his truck, reportedly maced him

Authorities arrested a man — which several news outlets have reported is a Trump supporter — after he pulled a gun on a group of Antifa rioters who reportedly smashed his pickup truck's taillights, sprayed the windshield with paint, and maced him during a Salem, Oregon, riot on Sunday.

What happened on Sunday?

The clash was one of many that took place on Sunday near the state's capitol during a "freedom" rally, which was reportedly advertised as an event to "honor those who 'fought for our freedoms.'"

According to the Daily Mail, "Protesters on the sidewalks and in the street in Salem threw objects at a number of vehicles that drove by the Capitol with American flags."

What are the details of this incident?

As highlighted by the Daily Mail, video footage captured the moment a group of unruly rioters began spraying cans of paint across the windshield of a man's truck and smashing the lights on his vehicle.

The truck — outfitted with red and blue stripes — bore a sticker or large decal that read "Agent Orange Vietnam Victim." TMZ reported that the truck was also affixed with Trump stickers.

The man, who remains unidentified at the time of this reporting, could be seen in the video wearing an American flag sweatshirt that read "I stand for the flag, I kneel for the cross" as he stepped out of his vehicle to survey the damage the demonstrators inflicted on his vehicle. As he got out of the truck, he confronted the protesters gathered around his vehicle — and who promptly appeared to mace him.

He could be heard shouting, "Get away from me!" as he pulled out his gun and waved it toward the rioters.

(Content warning: Rough language):

The New York Post reported that as the mob "screamed about his loaded gun," an armed officer ran to the scene and directed him to get down the ground. The man immediately complied, and placed the gun in the back of his truck.

"F*** you, Proud Boy!" some in the mob could be heard screaming in the video as he lay on the ground. "You dumb mother****er!"

Protesters could be heard laughing and shouting as officers took the man into custody. According to the report, the man has not been charged at the time of this writing, and officials are still investigating the incident.

What else?

The Post reported that three other people were arrested in the day's protests.

From the Post:

Police said more than 100 left-wing protesters — many linked to the Youth Liberation Front — turned up to “prevent the Freedom Rally caravan" that was planning to meet at the Capitol. The mob is accused of damaging vehicles, including the alleged gunman's, which was covered in yellow spray paint and had its windows smashed.

Most were “wearing black clothing and ballistic vests and carrying firearms, bats, skateboards, umbrellas, shields and gas masks," police said.

“Soon after their arrival, the Salem Police department began to receive reports that individuals from the Court Street group were targeting vehicles driving by," the statement said.

“The victims reported their vehicles were damaged by paint-filled balloons, rocks and other hard objects being thrown at them as they passed," the force said — highlighting one that “sustained significant damage after a large tree limb was thrown through the front window."
