HILARIOUS: Alex Stein teaches infant about her white privilege

Teaching children that they’re innately immoral based on their skin color is never funny. Unless, of course, it’s a joke that Alex Stein of “Prime Time with Alex Stein” is making.

BlazeTV’s resident comedian drew laughter heard around the world — literally — when a bit of his making fun of critical race theorists landed on Sky News Australia.

“The left wants critical race theory shoved down children’s throats, from kindergarten onwards, to make sure they’re aware of their white privilege and victim hierarchies. But how soon is too soon to teach the young'uns about what awful racists they are?” Sky News host Rita Panahi asks.

“Well, comic Alex Stein thinks it’s never too early,” she adds before playing the hilarious clip.

“At one point, your ancestors owned slaves,” Stein says to an adorable white baby, who coos lightly. “Yes, they did, I don’t care what they tell you; even if you’re not related to them. You being white is oppressive to a whole group of people. You are an oppressor, do you understand that?”

“The earlier you understand that you’re an oppressor to not only black people but also Hispanic people that are here illegally—” he continues before being cut off by the baby loudly babbling, looking confused.

“Yes, you are oppressing illegals,” he says sternly, as if she was arguing.

While Stein stands by his humorous criticism of critical race theory, he tells Rita Panahi that it’s not the worst thing the left is doing to children.

“The most disgusting thing that they want to do is they want to actually do sexual education in elementary school. So critical race theory isn’t even half as bad as what these people on the left really want to do,” Stein explains.

“So this is obviously satire, and you know, went semi-viral on Twitter because people are just laughing and mocking it because this is sadly the real truth of what’s happening here in America,” he adds.

Mother of Manhattan teen who died 'subway surfing' files lawsuit, pinning blame on MTA and social media companies

The mother of a Manhattan teen who died while "surfing" a New York City subway train last year has filed a lawsuit against the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, TikTok, and Instagram's parent company, Meta, suggesting they had a hand in her son's untimely demise.

"Social media and the MTA, they failed my son," Norma Nazario told WABC-TV.

Three months after a 15-year-old boy died while unlawfully surfing on a Brooklyn train, Zackery Nazario, also 15, climbed onto a New York City subway car headed for a similar tragedy.

A low beam struck Nazario in the head while he was traversing the Williamsburg Bridge atop the train on Feb. 20, 2023. He fell onto the tracks below and was run over.

The illegal practice of subway surfing has grown in popularity among youths in recent years. Reported incidents spiked from 206 in 2021 to 928 in 2022. The trend continued last year, claiming the lives of Zackery and at least four others. WNBC-TV indicated that between January and June 2023 alone, the MTA documented over 450 instances of subway surfing.

Already in 2024, there have been multiple deaths connected to subway surfing attempts.

After a teenager died in Brooklyn last month riding outside the train, Richard Davey, president of New York City Transit, reiterated, "Subway surfing kills. Another innocent life has been lost, and it should not happen," reported the New York Times.

According to Norma Nazario's lawsuit, filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court on the anniversary of her son's death, the MTA failed to provide adequate barriers to preclude youths from climbing on its trains, "creating a serious and foreseeable risk of harm," reported the New York Post. The suit also faults the system for apparently not locking train doors.

The lawsuit further alleges that social media companies bear some responsibility for Zackery's death, having supposedly "goaded" him into attempting the stunt by recommending videos of others performing the feat.

According to the suit, TikTok and Instagram are liable under state laws prohibiting the "unreasonably dangerous" design of products, having allegedly "targeted, goaded and encouraged" Zackery to subway surf.

This enticement allegedly took the form of a video recommendation to Zackery about the "Subway Surfing Challenge" prior to his fatal subway surfing attempt.

"What happened to Zackery was neither an accident or a coincidence," Matthew Bergman, the co-founder of the Social Media Victims Law Center and legal representative for the Nazario family, told the Post. "It was a foreseeable result of social media companies' intentional decision to design their products to be addictive to young people.

So-called surfers and witnesses routinely post videos of the dangerous stunts to social media.

— (@)

After Zackery's death, Janno Lieber, chair and CEO of the MTA, indicated that his organization had previously pressured social media companies about platforming videos showcasing subway surfing but would nevertheless double down on such efforts, reported The City.

"We're going to renew it again; this is something nobody wants to see," said Lieber. "A 15-year-old kid just breaks your heart, so we've got to keep pushing."

New York City Mayor Eric Adams drew attention to Zackery's fate and the dangers of subway surfing in June 2023, stressing, "Social media must be socially responsible. Subway Surfing kills. We need everyone to be a part of ending this dangerous threat."

— (@)

City and state officials kicked off the "Subway Surfing Kills — Ride Inside, Stay Alive" campaign in September, warning minors about the hazards of flouting law and convention in pursuit of train-related thrills, posting cautionary signs throughout the transit systems and broadcasting similar warnings.

In addition to the alerts, police have reportedly stationed after-school patrols on subway lines identified as being high risks for subway surfing. The Times indicated the patrols have so far stopped roughly 11 attempts a month.

Norma Nazario, seeking unspecified damages from the MTA and the social media companies, told the Post, "They could give me a billion dollars and I'm not going to stop."

"I'm not going to stop until the MTA and these social media companies start taking responsibility and stop killing our children," added Nazario.

It appears the Nazario family and their legal representative are not displacing the entirety of the blame for the tragedy.

"Zackery has some responsibility too," Bergman told WABC. "No one is saying that there was not shared fault here, but what we are saying is that this didn't have to happen."

While the MTA did not respond to the Post's request for comment, NYC Transit President Richard Davey said in a statement, "We've said it over and over — do not climb on top of trains because that won't end well, and we implore parents to tell their children and friends to warn friends — avoid tragedy by riding inside."

WABC indicated TikTok and Instagram have reportedly not yet commented on the lawsuit.

Staten Island protesters block bus of migrants headed to former senior living home, leading to 10 arrests

Late Tuesday evening, a large group of protesters in the New York City borough of Staten Island blocked a bus carrying migrants headed to a former senior living facility. The residents' demonstration ultimately led to an altercation with local law enforcement, and 10 protesters were taken into custody.

According to WCBS-TV, the protesters blocked traffic at Father Capodanno Boulevard and Midland Avenue in Midland Beach. Several police units responded to the scene.

Residents voiced their frustrations with the worsening migrant crisis and protested the city's plan to move them into the former Island Shores Beach building, which was once a senior living facility with 288 beds.

Video taken of the protesters captured frustrated Staten Island residents shouting, "You're not welcome" and "You are illegal!" the New York Post reported.

Residents have been protesting near the building for weeks after rumors circulated that it would be turned into a shelter for migrants arriving in New York City.

Local law enforcement reported that 10 protesters were arrested for disorderly conduct, including a 48-year-old man who was charged with allegedly assaulting an officer. Residents insisted that officers were aggressive and suppressing their right to protest, WABC reported.

Police stated that no altercations involving migrants or bus personnel were reported.

Curtis Sliwa, founder of the Guardian Angels, told the outlet, "As I told them, they don't have enough handcuffs, they don't have enough cops, they don't have enough cars. We're going to be out here 24/7, 365, and the illegals are not going to want to come here. They should stay in Manhattan."

On Wednesday morning, Democratic Mayor Eric Adams called the protest an "ugly display."

"We have 8.3 million New Yorkers and we cannot allow the numerical minority that shows an ugly display of how we deal with crisis be used as an example of what New Yorkers are doing. Of course, New Yorkers are frustrated, New Yorkers are really concerned," Adams stated.

"And even the migrants are really concerned," he continued. "We are both stating that this crisis should be dealt with in a manner where the national government carries out the role that it is supposed to. It should not be left on the backs of New York City residents."

Two municipal government sources told the New York Daily News Tuesday that the city is planning to limit shelter stays. Currently, single adult migrants are allowed to reside in city-operated shelters for 60 consecutive days. After that period, migrants who cannot find "alternative housing" must reapply for a new city shelter bed to restart the 60-day time limit. Sources claimed that New York City plans to limit stays to 30 days for single adult migrants. There is currently no shelter stay limit on families with children; however, the city is reportedly considering placing a time restriction in the near future.

Jason Whitlock on why working-class black men plan to vote for Donald Trump

Fani Willis and the Democrat Party might have thought Donald Trump's mug shot would portray him as a villain to voters — but they couldn’t have been more wrong.

“The backlash of martyring Donald Trump: it’s a real thing,” says Jason Whitlock of "Fearless."

“The former president’s mug shot from a Fulton County jail has given black men the space to abandon the cosplay of painting Trump as the second coming of Adolf Hitler,” he adds.

It seems that Whitlock is right.

Derrick Gibson, a black man and former New York State gubernatorial candidate, has gone viral for declaring himself the leader of the “N****s 4 Trump 2024” movement. The viral video has been circulating on social media and shows Gibson wearing a shirt that reflects that sentiment outside the Fulton County jail the day Trump was arrested.

“I’m here to support president Trump,” Gibson is seen telling the camera, adding that the government has historically made up charges and locked black men up “for decades.”

“So I know Trump is innocent. I support Trump against this corrupt two-tier justice system, that’s why I’m here, to show my support as a black man for Trump,” Gibson explained.

Despite not agreeing with the vulgarity Gibson’s shirt reflects, Whitlock believes he “captures the sentiment of working-class black men.”

However, Whitlock believes it won’t just resonate with black Americans, but all Americans.

“Americans love to rebel. It’s in our blood. This Trump-led rebellion will only grow stronger. I say that because Trump isn’t really leading this rebellion; he’s just the avatar, the symbol,” he says.

Gibson even had a message for Fani Willis, who he claims went to school with his sister.

“She’s full of s**t,” he says. “She’s a puppet for the white liberal that is controlling everything. She’s in front, but the white liberal back there pulling those strings, telling her what to do.”

When a reporter asked Gibson if he thought this would help Trump’s election, he responded, “Of course it is, it’s going to elevate him all the way.”

“I think we should make Trump king, that’s how I feel,” he added.

'I will kill you': Journalist attacked and threatened by alleged CBS crew member outside Trump arraignment in NYC

A popular video journalist was attacked and threatened by a crew member allegedly working for CBS outside Donald Trump's arraignment in New York City.

The man, described as a sound man for CBS by the Post Millennial, is seen on video grabbing the independent journalist, Oren Levy, by the collar and saying "Don't ever f*** with me!"

As the two men are separated, the man yells at Levy, "I will kill you," followed by relatively inaudible expletives.

“This guy who attacked me is named David Forde. He's a sound guy for CBS News. Looks Like CBS News Sent him 2 lawyers to tell him what to say . He's now claiming his injured 🤡”

"I was filming George Santos in a media scrum and got caught in the middle," Levy told Blaze Media.

"After the guy told Santos he would be his 'judge and jury,' he said to me 'coffee in the middle of a sprint?' and then tried to start intentionally spilling my coffee," Levy explained.

Right before the attack, Levy says he asked the man, "Can you please chill?"

The day following the events, Levy posted a video that seems to corroborate his story. Santos asks, "Is anybody accusing me of something?" A man who appears to be right next to Levy responds to Santos, "Not yet."

"Are you judge and jury?" Santos replies, with the man again responding, "Yeah, as a [inaudible] in New York, I will be."

At the end of the video the same man can be heard saying "Dude, really? Coffee in the middle of a sprint?"

Jay Dow, a correspondent for New York outlet WPIX-TV, claimed in a Twitter post that the incident was spawned by Levy calling the man the N-word.

"What that cell phone did not record was that the guy put his elbow in Dave’s chest and called him the N-word - with a hard GGER," Dow claimed.

"That's a bold claim Jay," Levy replied.

"I see you work for pix 11 . You probably should look me up and see I would never say that. But have him release that since his mic was on," Levy added, while responding in another post saying "that's something I would never do."

A spokesperson for CBS-2/CBS News New York stated that "we do not have any reporters by that name," when asked if the attacker in question, who has been identified on Twitter, worked for CBS-2/CBS News New York.

When asked if it was a sound engineer or crew member, the spokesperson repeated that there are no reporters with that name at the outlet.

Shocking video shows female Lee Zeldin supporter being choked during Kathy Hochul rally

Video shows the shocking moment that a female supporter of Lee Zeldin was choked by a man during a rally for Gov. Kathy Hochul.

With the elections quickly approaching, Hochul held a rally near the LGBTQ landmark of the Stonewall Inn on Saturday night.

A young woman protested the rally while holding a sign that read: "Vote red" and "Vote them out" with a photo of Hochul on it.

The Twitter account Viral News NY captured video of the choking attack and interviewed the woman after the incident. The woman identified as Angelica Torres said the violence started after someone allegedly stole her sign from her.

“I was here holding my sign, and … peaceful protest, against you know, Gov. Hochul, and a woman — a very large heavyset woman, I’m assuming, you know, might have been a man — came and took my sign," she explained.

“As I was trying to retrieve my sign, there was another man that came and choked me, and there were two other people that were coming and preventing me from trying to get my sign," the unidentified woman claimed.

Video shows a man violently grabbing the woman's neck and choking her.

“Never wanted to get physical with anyone, I was just there peacefully just holding my sign, and you know, they didn’t want to hear what I had to say," she added.

Torres told Fox News, "I was very shocked and upset that I couldn’t express my opinions openly without violence. Crime and violence is a big issue in our city."

The Daily Mail reported, "Also involved in the physical altercation was Councilwoman Crystal Hudson, a Democrat. Hudson represents Prospect Heights in Brooklyn."

Identities of the other individuals involved in the physical altercation have yet to be revealed.

RealClear Politics shows Hochul leading Zeldin by more than six points.

N.Y. Democrat official caught removing 'illegal' campaign signs for GOP gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin — and claims displaying them 'leads to bigger crime'

A Democratic New York state assemblyman was caught on video recently removing campaign signs for Republican New York gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin, who's up against incumbent Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul in next week's election.

Say what?

The assemblyman in possession of freshly swiped signs — Peter Abbate of Brooklyn — argued with a woman who appeared to be recording video of the caper, and he told her the Zeldin signs are "illegal" and that displaying them "leads to bigger crime."

Exactly when Abbate took down the signs isn't clear, but a Twitter video of his critical public service was posted Wednesday. Check it out:

“Why is Assemblyman @peterabbatejr taking down @leezeldin signs in Bensonhurst Brooklyn, NY?”
— Brooklyn Republicans (@Brooklyn Republicans) 1667349719

"What are you doing?" the woman asked.

"Taking down illegal signs," Abbate replied, adding that they're disallowed on "public property."

The woman told Abbate — who's been in office since 1987 — that she's never seen him take down other signs. Oh, boy, did that trigger his indignation.

"Every sign!" he hollered back. "I've always done it!"

Abbate added that Zeldin is "breaking the law" with the signs and added that "it would be a disgrace for someone running for governor who's breaking the law before he even takes office."

'This leads to bigger crime!'

When the woman asked Abbate if putting up the signs is a "legit crime," he barked back at her that "this leads to bigger crime! That's the problem we have; people are not enforcing the law."

The edited video includes a short segment at the end showing Abbate saying, "I was the one that led the fight to take those off [too]," but it isn't clear what he meant.

Abbate also told the New York Post that "people want to know why there’s crime going up. We don’t enforce the law." The paper said he alerted city sanitation workers about the campaign sign issue in neighborhoods such as Bay Ridge, Sunset Park, and Borough Park.

“What’ll happen is they put them up. After the election, they fall down. They go into the street. They clog the sewers with the leaves," he added to the Post. "It is against the law."

Indeed, a spokesman for the local department of sanitation told WCBS-TV, "Posting political or business signs of any kind — for any candidate or any business — on public property is illegal in New York City, and it is the job of the Department of Sanitation to keep the city clean in accordance with the law."

Selective sign enforcement?

Zeldin and his supporters told the Post that Abbate and city sanitation workers are using the rules to target him on the eve of the election.

“I’ve known Peter for years, but I’ve never heard of him out cleaning the sidewalks on his regular morning walk ever before,” New York City Councilman Joe Borelli (R-Staten Island) told the paper.

The Post added that some Brooklynites are curious about the extra attention it appears pro-Zeldin signs have been getting in a Democrat-controlled city.

“It’s not like the streets are clean, and there isn’t a rat problem,” one Brooklyn resident told the paper in regard to a video showing what appears to be city workers removing signs from Ocean Parkway. “This is a serious waste of city workers, and very transparent ..."

Midwood resident Shmuel Hirshman guessed that a recent ticket from a sanitation official over litter really was about the Zeldin sign he planted in front of his house as a favor for a friend, the Post said.

“The only thing that’s sticking out is the sign ... I said, 'What, no one else on the block?'” Hirshman noted to the paper before adding that a neighbor had a seat cushion in his yard.

“Another video of a woman in an NYPD uniform ripping up Lee Zeldin signs has surfaced. NYPD says the woman does not work for the force and an investigation is underway.

"Your city is corrupt" yelled a passerby”
— Citizen Free Press (@Citizen Free Press) 1666983055

New York City Councilwoman Inna Vernikov (R-Midwood) said Wednesday that “my neighborhood is experiencing an unprecedented effort by city agency employees to remove political signs — specifically signs supporting Congressman Zeldin for Governor,” the Post reported.

Vernikov added that "my constituents are rightfully angry that their tax dollars are being used to suppress their political speech,” the paper said.

What did Zeldin have to say?

The Post said Zeldin told reporters Wednesday at a campaign stop in Manhattan that "if you’re a state assemblyman, you should be spending your time knocking on doors. You’re on the ballot as well. Go advocate on behalf of yourself, for candidates who support you. You could go put up signs for your own candidate. Don’t be going around taking off signs."

What did Hochul have to say?

While the Hochul campaign declined to comment on the sign-stealing accusations, the paper said Democrat state party Chair Jay Jacobs said Wednesday that he's been "very clear: I don’t want to see any Democrats taking down any Republican signs. I find that’s the kind of campaign behavior that probably better not in our suburbs, but [in] the suburbs of Moscow."

However, the Post added that Jacobs — without offering video or photographic evidence — said pro-Hochul signs have been disappearing in places like Long Island where the GOP controls local government.

Watch angry animal rights activists lose their minds when a man eats a shish kebab in front of them

Animal rights activists held a large protest in New York City on Saturday afternoon. However, some of the participants became concerningly unhinged when a man committed the crime of eating a shish kebab, as seen in a viral video.

Independent photojournalist with the Twitter handle Viral News NYC covered the large protest by animal rights activists in New York City. The protesters were boasting signs with slogans such as "meat is murder," "it's not fashion, it's violence," and "go vegan."

The animal rights activists were furious that people were eating ice cream.

Outside the Fendi store, protesters spilled fake blood and said the luxury fashion brand had "blood on its hands." There were also screams of, "50 dead animals for one fur coat!"

The crowd demanded a "fur-free NYC" in front of the Louis Vuitton store.

Outside a McDonald's restaurant, demonstrators yelled, "It's not McDonald's, it's mcmurder!"

Standing near the front door of the Nike store, animal activists claimed that the colossal shoe manufacturer kills 2 million kangaroos a year.

One man infiltrated the protest and trolled the animal rights activists by eating shish kebab right in front of the demonstrators. Multiple animal activists lost their minds because the man had the audacity to eat meat. The scene became incredibly intense, but the vitriol didn't stop the man from enjoying his shish kebab.

An irate animal activist lectured the man, "You disgust me. Who do you think you are? You're just a coward. You're a spineless piece of s**t, and you're embarrassing yourself. You're gonna die on your own."

Some in the crowd chanted: "Shame!"

An even more enraged protester shrieked obscenities in the meat-eating troll's face.

The man trolled the woman by licking the shish kebab with great delight.

The New York City protest was part of "World Day for the End of Speciesism" demonstrations organized by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

Viral News NYC interviewed PETA campaign specialist Ashley Byrne about "World Day for the End of Speciesism."

"I'm here because this is our chance as animal rights activists to come together once a year to celebrate our movement, to let the world that we’re taking a stand together against speciesism, which is the idea that humans are superior to animals and we have a right to use them for our purposes," Byrne said.

"And I think what we all want out of being here today is for people to think about their relationship with animals and to realize that animals are individuals," she added. "They were created for their own purposes. They’re thinking, feeling individuals just like us. And they deserve better than to be used and exploited for human purposes."
