Christopher Columbus has higher net favorability rating among Hispanics in the US than President Biden and VP Harris, according to poll

The late explorer Christopher Columbus has a higher net favorability rating among Hispanics in the U.S. than current U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, according to a recently conducted poll.

The poll found that 53% viewed Columbus favorably while 24% viewed him unfavorably, giving the historical figure a positive 29% net favorability rating.

Biden scored a positive 7% net favorability rating and Harris got a paltry 4% positive net favorability rating — while 49% had a favorable view of Biden, 42% had an unfavorable view of him. Similarly, while 45% had a favorable view of Harris, 41% had an unfavorable view of the political figure.

“We conducted a national poll of Hispanics for @bienvenido_us.

We’re not surprised the same people who came up with “Latinx” think Hispanics don’t like Christopher Columbus — and got it wrong.

Have y’all considered asking Hispanics how they feel about issues? 🤔”

"The national poll was conducted by WPA Intelligence in collaboration with Visto Media on behalf of Bienvenido. The study interviewed 1,086 Hispanics in the U.S. October 4-6, 2022 with a nationally representative sample that was calibrated to Census data to ensure its accuracy," according to an infographic posted by Bienvenido.

The organization describes itself on Twitter as a "non-profit uplifting Hispanic communities through classic American values."

"It is not surprising that the same people who think Hispanics like being called 'Latinx' have also assumed Hispanics are offended by Christopher Columbus — and got it completely wrong, again," principal and managing Director of WPA Intelligence Conor Maguire noted, according to the Daily Wire. "In the future, maybe progressives should just ask Hispanics how they feel about issues?"

"When you juxtapose Christopher Columbus’ popularity among Hispanics with the misguided efforts to 'cancel' him by progressive activists and politicians, it shows how out of touch the far left is with our community," Bienvenido president Abraham Enriquez said, according to the outlet. "The reality is that most Hispanics, especially those who are immigrants, view Columbus quite favorably."

GOP Sen. Marco Rubio pointed out that only women get pregnant — then the Recount accused him of being 'factually inaccurate'

The Recount claimed that Republican Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida was "factually inaccurate" because he suggested that men cannot get pregnant.

Ironically, the outlet's website claims that "Recount Media is a fresh approach to news that shows you what's happening without insulting your intelligence." The site also says, "No bulls***. No bad faith. And no time wasted."

During remarks that appear to have taken place at the National Conservatism Conference in Miami, Florida, Rubio noted the existence of the concept of "pregnant men," but pointed out that everyone who has "ever been born was born of a biological woman."

He went on to note that even the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention employs the phrase "pregnant people."

The Recount accused the lawmaker of committing "a transphobic attack on the CDC for using the term 'pregnant people.'"

While it is an obvious and immutable fact that biological women can become pregnant while biological men cannot, those who promote the ludicrous dogmas of radical leftist gender ideology contend that a person who who identifies as a man and becomes pregnant is a pregnant man.

Despite the utter absurdity of the idea of pregnant men, a certain segment of society has adopted the concept. In a recently conducted WPA Intelligence poll of registered voters, 22% of Democrats indicated that they thought the statement "Some men can get pregnant" is true.

Rubio has served in the U.S. Senate for more than a decade and is currently running for reelection in 2022 against Democratic Rep. Val Demings of Florida.

"No man in history has ever been pregnant," Ryan Saavedra of the Daily Wire tweeted in response to the Recount's post.

"It is factually accurate to say that a man has never been pregnant. I'm sorry biology is hurting your feelings," tweeted founding editor in chief and editor emeritus of the Daily Wire Ben Shapiro.

A whopping 22% of Democrats say that the statement 'Some men can get pregnant' is true: poll

In a WPA Intelligence poll of registered voters, 22% of Democrats indicated that they thought the statement "Some men can get pregnant" is true.

The poll also found that 36% of college-educated white Democratic women, 29% of white Democratic women, 27% of people who identify as liberal, and 21% of Biden voters also thought that the statement was accurate.

While majorities of each group indicated that they consider the statement to be false, the significant proportion of Democrats who indicated that they consider the statement to be true demonstrates the extent to which the preposterous dogmas of radical leftist gender ideology have metastasized on the political left.

Though it is obviously impossible for biological men to bear children, the proponents of radical gender ideology teach that a biological woman can identify as a man. Since a transgender man can bear children, some leftists claim that men can get pregnant — but in reality, a transgender man is simply a biological woman masquerading as a man.

The absurdity has also seeped into language with the use of terms such as "birthing people."

"Overall, few Americans think men can get pregnant," WPAi managing director Conor Maguire said, according to the Daily Wire. "But with 36% of a core Democratic constituency (college-educated white Democratic women) and one out of five Democrat voters believing this, one can see why Democratic leaders coddle the radical gender theory movement."

GOP Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas retweeted the Daily Wire's article about the poll and quipped, "Given Democrat men, this might be true."
