EXPLAINED: What happens if Trump wins from PRISON?

The left remains relentless in its quest to throw as many obstacles in former President Donald Trump’s path as possible — and as Election Day nears, leftists are working overtime.

Special counsel Jack Smith is no exception, reviving his classified documents case against Trump in an effort to put the Republican presidential candidate behind bars.

“New indictment, meet the old indictment,” former U.S. DOJ Assistant Attorney General Jeff Clark tells Glenn Beck. “It’s just the same as that old indictment. He’s just reformulated it to try to make it consistent with and fit everything into the third box.”

“The box of everything President Trump did that he had indicted him for the first time, is actually a set of private acts as opposed to a set of official acts, and, therefore, Jack Smith argues he’s not immune,” Clark explains.

“Are they doing this to smear him yet again, so late in the campaign? Or is this a plan just in case he wins, they think this will keep him out of office?” Glenn asks.

“They’re doing it for all of those reasons,” Clark says. “They absolutely want to block him anyway they can, so this is election interference. There’s no way that you should be issuing a new indictment like this using a new grand jury this close to a major presidential election.”

Glenn doesn’t like where this is going.

“I think they’re going to put him in jail in September,” he tells Clark.

Clark, who is preparing to be in Judge Merchan’s court in Manhattan on September 18 if the sentencing goes forward, is concerned as well.

“I bet Judge Merchan is going to go ahead and deny the immunity-based motion for a new trial, and then he’s going to do the sentencing, and I actually would not be surprised if he sentenced President Trump to prison,” Clark says.

However, if Trump is sentenced, there’s still a chance he could win the election.

“In the period after he’s inaugurated,” Clark explains, “any kind of imprisonment would have to be ended or suspended. It would be what lawyers call pre-empted by the Constitution since he would be the duly elected and inaugurated president of the United States.”

“He can’t be kept from exercising those functions by a state conviction,” he adds.

Robby Starbuck on Jack Daniel's exposé: We're 'winning our country back'

Conservative filmmaker turned consumer advocate Robby Starbuck was three for three — but he wasn't about to rest on his laurels.

On Monday his social media-fueled boycott of Harley-Davidson convinced the iconic American motorcycle company to walk back various leftist initiatives, including mandatory "LBGTQ+ ally" training for employees and DEI-focused hiring policies.

That same day, he informed Align that he was already working on another big target.

The victory against Harley-Davidson followed similarly effective campaigns against Tractor Supply and John Deere.

Brands like these are so much a part of our history that we can't just let them "go woke, go broke." We owe it to ourselves to preserve them.

The woke desecration of Harley-Davidson has been especially insulting. As Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck puts it:

Harley is one of the brands that helped win World War II. The Harley-Davidson WLA carried American GIs to war against the Nazis. The WLA was brought back to the United States, and a new era of motorcycles was born after the veterans began chopping them up for civilians to use. The “chopper” was born.

Veterans returning from war from the 1940s through today have ridden Harleys as both a therapeutic mechanism to deal with what they saw on the battlefield and as an homage to experience the openness of American freedom. And that legacy has been taught and handed down to Harley-Davidson riders from father to son enthusiastically since 1903.

Thanks to Starbuck's efforts, that legacy has been preserved — for now.

Shortly after Harley-Davidson's capitulation, Starbuck told Align that he and his small team were already at work on the next target.

While he declined to name the company — "We have someone in the field filming and can’t take any risk something accidentally gets out" — Starbuck promised "a powerful takedown" in the near future.

Word did get out. Less than twelve hours later, Starbuck revealed that his intended target — Jack Daniel's — had gotten wise to his plan. Incredibly, the mere threat of exposure was enough to make the company pre-emptively change its DEI-motivated policies.

"We are winning and one by one we will bring sanity back to corporate America," posted Starbuck.

It's nothing Starbuck takes credit for personally. "We’re just a megaphone for the anger Americans have towards this divisive ideology," he said.

What started as a grassroots movement has encountered some growing pains as it expands, admits Starbuck: "To be perfectly candid, right now our biggest issue is scaling this. We have well over 1,000 whistleblowers and need to hire some trusted people to get the tips and evidence coming in. To appropriately organize the stories and put them out takes a lot of manpower hours."

But your time and attention can also make a difference. "Stay engaged with what we’re posting and take the five minutes to email or call the companies we expose," urged Starbuck. "That time investment is winning our country back."

REVEALED: The Democrats' chilling plan to control the internet

Independent reporter Matt Orfalea has blown the lid wide open on the manipulation of American voters by the Biden-Harris campaign during the 2020 election.

Orfalea discovered a Zoom meeting from right after the election in which the Biden-Harris team reveal "how they manipulated voters to think Biden’s mental decline was ‘disinformation.’”

In the call, it was revealed that the Democratic National Committee created a program to protect, track, and have social media platforms flag misinformation narratives — which included conversation online about corruption.

The team had bragged that this campaign, which involved Big Tech collusion and the “targeting” of internet users in real time, resulted in 200,000 votes for Biden.

“This is your federal government and your Democratic National Committee putting a program together to target you,” Glenn Beck says, outraged.

Rob Flaherty, who was the 2020 Biden-Harris campaign digital director, called the program “one of the smartest things orchestrated by the Democratic Party.”

Then, Biden for President's director of rapid response, who later became the Biden administration’s White House deputy director of digital strategy, said on the same Zoom call that “there was a massive amount of disinformation relating to Biden’s mental fortitude.”

“She explained that people were making posts related to topics deemed disinformation, and they were targeted in real time online, based on their online behavioral cues, building out personas based on the kind of content that you were consuming and were searching for, and the kind of websites you were visiting,” Glenn explains.

“They are monitoring every keystroke you make. If you say something out of line with what the state wants you to say — this is KGB stuff,” he continues.

One of the most infuriating aspects of this entire campaign is that those who saw through it were all called conspiracy theorists.

“Remember how we were all told that it is a conspiracy theory?” Glenn asks. “As they’re telling us that they have to police us for mis-, dis-, and mal-information, they told us that he was fine, that he was top of his game.”

Then after his disastrous debate, it became impossible to keep up the charade.

“All of a sudden, it was okay to question his mental acuity, and so they did, to the point where they operated a coup on him,” he adds.
