Joe Rogan tore into the mainstream media on a recent episode of his podcast "The Joe Rogan Experience," highlighting what he believes is coordination between members of the media and factions within the government.
What did he say?
After speaking with guest Jocko Willink about a recent story disclosing that 19 of the top 20 Christian Facebook pages in 2019 were operated as "troll farms" by eastern European operatives, Rogan tore into the media.
"The collusion between the media and the government is pretty apparent, especially the left-wing media and left-wing government," Rogan said. "It's pretty f***ing apparent that there are some narratives that get shared back and forth."
To bolster his claims of coordination, Rogan cited two notorious stories in particular: Trump-Russia collusion and the incident with Hunter Biden's laptop.
"They have talking points, and they don't talk about things that they're not supposed to, like the Hunter Biden laptop story or something that's actual news," Rogan explained. "Crazy story because if that was the Donald Trump Jr. laptop, holy f***ing s**t would that lead every night."
"I mean this whole Russia collusion story [was] completely nonsense," Rogan added.
"That's insane. That was three and a half years the American public was getting beat down with the Russia collusion thing," Willink agreed. "It was created. It was created by the Democratic Party ... it was created by insiders that were in the Democratic Party."

One of the major problems with the alleged coordination, Rogan explained, is that "no one is being held accountable."
"They were trying to literally impeach [Donald] Trump for some s**t that they made up," Rogan said. "Look, Trump's not a perfect guy. But this f***ing thing that he kept saying about the 'deep state'— it's real! It's 100% real!"
"The swamp is real. They're f***ing real monsters, and they were trying to get rid of him by lying," Rogan continued. "They were not spending their time trying to make the government work more efficiently and make the country a better place for everyone and prop up the middle class. No. They were trying to regain power, and they got it."
Anything else?
Rogan has been outspokenly critical of mainstream media in recent months, particularly after his bout with COVID-19 resulted in CNN pushing a narrative that he took a "horse dewormer" to treat it, a reference to ivermectin.
Rogan, in fact, took ivermectin while infected with COVID, but only the version made for humans. As the media pushed a certain narrative about ivermectin over the summer months, the fact that the drug has a human version, as well as a version for animals, was often (conveniently) left out.
Rogan floated suing CNN over claims the network perpetuated about the medicine he took.
